【摘要】：鑄造企業(yè)是國(guó)家核心支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),其未來(lái)的發(fā)展和管理關(guān)系到汽車、機(jī)械等多種工業(yè)制造業(yè)的發(fā)展水平,從20世紀(jì)90年代,鑄造企業(yè)的發(fā)展就得到了國(guó)家和社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注。同是20世紀(jì)90年代,物流被管理界的專家學(xué)者譽(yù)為“第三利潤(rùn)源泉”,掀起了物流管理的研究學(xué)潮。中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)鑄造企業(yè)成立較早,由于國(guó)有企業(yè)的制度束縛等原因,發(fā)展一直緩慢,到21世紀(jì)初,企業(yè)內(nèi)部生產(chǎn)物流管理已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)了很多瓶頸問(wèn)題,解決瓶頸問(wèn)題,為企業(yè)加入新的發(fā)展的動(dòng)力,是傳統(tǒng)鑄造企業(yè)的毋庸置疑的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。企業(yè)管理水平的提高以生產(chǎn)物流為切入點(diǎn),通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和實(shí)地調(diào)研,得到一手的企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀資料,經(jīng)過(guò)仔細(xì)的分析和整理,定位企業(yè)和與生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀,其中,從外部環(huán)境、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、生產(chǎn)物流過(guò)程、職能域、崗位設(shè)置和職責(zé)以及業(yè)務(wù)流程多個(gè)方面對(duì)生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行剖析,總結(jié)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)物流存在的問(wèn)題。在現(xiàn)狀分析和問(wèn)題總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,以信息資源規(guī)劃理論、無(wú)邊界組織理論和業(yè)務(wù)流程管理相關(guān)理論作為科學(xué)根據(jù)和研究方向,以提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)物流管理水平為目標(biāo),著手生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化。本文結(jié)合企業(yè)生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)的特性,從水平管理、垂直管理和內(nèi)外管理等多個(gè)管理方向上,提出生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)組織扁平化、建立良好的溝通機(jī)制和充分實(shí)施利用信息管理統(tǒng)一平臺(tái)等建議,以達(dá)到生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)系統(tǒng)化、科學(xué)化管理,向精細(xì)化、柔性化發(fā)展的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The foundry enterprise is the national core pillar industry, its future development and management relates to the automobile, the machinery and so on many kinds of industrial manufacturing development level, from 1990s, The development of foundry enterprises has received extensive attention from the state and society. In 1990s, Logistics is praised as "the third profit source" by experts and scholars in management circles, which raises the research tide of logistics management. Chinese traditional foundry enterprises were established earlier, because of the institutional constraints of state-owned enterprises, the development has been slow until the beginning of 21th century. There have been many bottleneck problems in the internal production logistics management of enterprises, solving the bottleneck problems and adding new impetus to the development of enterprises. It is the undisputed development strategy of traditional foundry enterprises. The improvement of enterprise management level takes production logistics as the starting point. Through questionnaire investigation and field investigation, we can get first-hand information on the present situation of enterprises, and through careful analysis and collation, Positioning enterprise and production logistics system status quo, in which, from the external environment, organizational structure, production logistics process, functional domain, position setting and responsibility and business processes to analyze the production logistics system, On the basis of current situation analysis and problem summary, taking information resource planning theory, borderless organization theory and business process management theory as the scientific basis and research direction, the paper summarizes the existing problems of enterprise production logistics. In order to improve the level of enterprise production logistics management, the paper starts to optimize the production logistics system. This paper combines the characteristics of the enterprise production logistics system, from the horizontal management, vertical management and internal and external management and other management direction. In order to achieve the goal of systematization, scientific management, fine and flexible development of production logistics system, the paper puts forward some suggestions, such as flat organization of production logistics system, establishment of good communication mechanism and full implementation of unified platform of utilizing information management.
