【摘要】：自2013年中央提出建立現(xiàn)代財(cái)政制度以來,社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況不斷印證了其戰(zhàn)略判斷的準(zhǔn)確性,財(cái)政現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)對實(shí)現(xiàn)國家長治久安具有十分重要的意義。到2020年基本建立現(xiàn)代財(cái)政制度,目前還存在理論界認(rèn)知不統(tǒng)一、中央與地方實(shí)踐分歧、系統(tǒng)性要求與漸進(jìn)式改革相矛盾等困惑。應(yīng)考慮通過深化財(cái)稅改革、加強(qiáng)理論探討和多角度闡述財(cái)政現(xiàn)代性等措施,推進(jìn)現(xiàn)代財(cái)政制度的建立。
[Abstract]:Since the central government put forward the establishment of modern financial system in 2013, the actual situation of social and economic development has continuously proved the accuracy of its strategic judgment, and the construction of financial modernization is of great significance to the realization of long-term stability and stability of the country. By 2020, the basic establishment of modern financial system, there are still theoretical circles understanding is not unified, the central and local practice differences, systematic requirements and gradual reform contradictions and so on. Measures should be taken to promote the establishment of modern financial system by deepening fiscal and taxation reform, strengthening theoretical discussion and elaborating financial modernity from various angles.
