【摘要】：正一、引言從2016年5月1日起,營(yíng)業(yè)稅改征增值稅的試點(diǎn)實(shí)施范圍擴(kuò)大到了建筑業(yè),這對(duì)建筑業(yè)在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、行業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、消除重復(fù)征稅以及減輕企業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)等方面都有著深遠(yuǎn)的影響。對(duì)于建筑施工企業(yè)而言,"營(yíng)改增"給企業(yè)帶來的不僅僅是稅種上的變化,同時(shí)還帶來了稅務(wù)商業(yè)模式的調(diào)整、供應(yīng)商的選擇、管理模式的轉(zhuǎn)變、稅務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控體系的優(yōu)化等一系列的影響。本文通過分析廣西建工集團(tuán)第二建筑工程有限責(zé)任公司(下文簡(jiǎn)稱"廣
