【摘要】：本文首先分析了現(xiàn)行模式下補(bǔ)貼政策對(duì)農(nóng)戶種植行為的影響機(jī)制,其次采用Nerlove模型估計(jì)了我國(guó)糧食播種面積和單產(chǎn)對(duì)補(bǔ)貼政策的供給反應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明:補(bǔ)貼政策主要通過(guò)收入效應(yīng)影響農(nóng)民的種植行為;補(bǔ)貼變量在水稻、小麥和玉米播種面積和單產(chǎn)反應(yīng)方程中均通過(guò)顯著性檢驗(yàn)且符號(hào)為正,表明農(nóng)業(yè)補(bǔ)貼對(duì)糧食播種面積的擴(kuò)大和單產(chǎn)提高有積極影響。最后,本文從完善補(bǔ)貼政策,提高補(bǔ)貼政策效果和實(shí)施效率等方面提出了政策建議。
[Abstract]:This paper first analyzes the influence mechanism of subsidy policy on farmers' planting behavior under the current pattern, and then estimates the supply response of grain sown area and yield to subsidy policy by using Nerlove model. The results showed that the subsidy policy mainly affected farmers' planting behavior through income effect, and the subsidy variables passed the significance test and the sign was positive in the reaction equation of sowing area and yield of rice, wheat and corn. The results showed that agricultural subsidy had a positive effect on the expansion of grain planting area and the increase of grain yield. Finally, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions from the aspects of perfecting subsidy policy, improving the effect of subsidy policy and implementing efficiency.
