【摘要】：中國啟動加入WTO《政府采購協(xié)議》(GPA)談判,這是繼加入WTO后,中國在對外經(jīng)貿(mào)領(lǐng)域開展的又一項重大談判。政府采購市場逐步開放和政府采購活動國際化將構(gòu)成我國未來經(jīng)濟(jì)改革與發(fā)展的一大宏觀趨勢。中國朝向GPA的發(fā)展必將面臨政府采購法律國際化的要求和挑戰(zhàn),在新的國際背景下研究中國政府采購法制改革問題具有重要的理論價值和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:China has started negotiations on joining the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement. This is another major negotiation in the field of foreign trade and economic cooperation after China's entry into the WTO.The gradual opening of the government procurement market and the internationalization of government procurement activities will constitute a major macro trend of China's economic reform and development in the future.The development of China towards GPA is bound to face the requirements and challenges of the internationalization of government procurement law. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the legal reform of Chinese government procurement under the new international background.
