【摘要】：在Barro(1990),Greiner和Semmler(2000)理論模型的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)包含轉(zhuǎn)移支付、支出分權(quán)與地方債務(wù)的內(nèi)生增長(zhǎng)模型,從理論層面上探討了轉(zhuǎn)移支付、支出分權(quán)對(duì)地方債務(wù)的影響。然后根據(jù)理論結(jié)果構(gòu)建計(jì)量模型,基于我國(guó)2005—2015年30個(gè)省份的面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)移支付與地方債呈顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系,支出分權(quán)與地方債呈非線性倒U型關(guān)系。最后考慮了地區(qū)差異性影響,并給出了相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:In Barro (1990), Greiner and Semmler (2000) on the basis of the theoretical model, constructed a includes transfer payments, expenditure decentralization and local debt in an endogenous growth model, discusses the transfer payment from the theoretical level, influence of expenditure decentralization on local debt. Then according to the theory of the econometric model, empirical analysis the panel data in China from 2005 to 2015, 30 provinces on the basis of the study found that the transfer payment is positively correlated with the local debt, expenditure decentralization and local debt is nonlinear inverted U relation. Finally, considering the impact of regional differences, and gives the relevant policy recommendations.
