H公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀、問題與對策研究

【摘要】:伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長,特殊環(huán)境照明行業(yè)也迅速發(fā)展起來,成為我國制造業(yè)的優(yōu)勢行業(yè)。經(jīng)過加入WTO后多年的快速發(fā)展,,特殊環(huán)境照明行業(yè)面臨國內(nèi)國際市場的競爭,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,增強(qiáng)競爭實(shí)力,關(guān)鍵在于提升自身在企業(yè)文化等方面的軟實(shí)力。 本文以H公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)為研究對象。主要研究在特殊環(huán)境照明行業(yè)這一細(xì)分領(lǐng)域里的處于領(lǐng)先地位的企業(yè)的文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,存在的問題和挑戰(zhàn),剖析這些問題產(chǎn)生的原因,尤其是對企業(yè)文化演化的認(rèn)識不足、企業(yè)創(chuàng)始人對文化變革的造成阻礙和人員結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生重大變化等因素。最后提出促進(jìn)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的對策和建議,希望能對我國同類企業(yè)完善企業(yè)文化建設(shè)有所幫助。 本論文一共分八章:第一章介紹了寫作背景、國內(nèi)外研究動態(tài)現(xiàn)狀、研究思路和方法,創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二章闡述了企業(yè)文化概念及相關(guān)理論。第三章主要對公司的概況,企業(yè)發(fā)展大事記,組織結(jié)構(gòu)和人力資源配置,企業(yè)文化實(shí)施情況,存在的問題等企業(yè)文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了總體描述。第四章對H公司企業(yè)文化的基本內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了歸納和分析。第五針對H公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)提出的問題進(jìn)行成因分析,找出主要的影響因素。第六章提出解決問題的對策和建議。 本文的研究結(jié)論:根據(jù)企業(yè)文化的建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合行業(yè)發(fā)展和H公司所處的發(fā)展階段。本文認(rèn)為,H公司在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)方面存在核心激勵(lì)凝聚功能減弱、文化建設(shè)滯后于文化發(fā)展的需求、文化變革存在阻力和障礙、文化建設(shè)缺乏有效手段這四個(gè)主要問題和挑戰(zhàn)。經(jīng)過成因分析,提出應(yīng)該從加深企業(yè)對文化動態(tài)演化的認(rèn)識、增加人文關(guān)懷、淡化創(chuàng)建者因素、健全激勵(lì)體系、進(jìn)行科學(xué)客觀的文化測評、加強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)管理、轉(zhuǎn)變溝通機(jī)制、全員參與文化建設(shè)等方面進(jìn)行改進(jìn)提升。進(jìn)而提升企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的水平,增強(qiáng)自身的核心競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic growth of our country, the special environment lighting industry has also developed rapidly, and has become the dominant industry of our manufacturing industry. After years of rapid development after China's entry into WTO, the special environment lighting industry is facing the competition of domestic and international market. How to realize sustainable development and enhance competitive strength lies in enhancing its soft power in enterprise culture and so on. This article takes H company enterprise culture construction as the research object. This paper mainly studies the status quo, existing problems and challenges of the cultural construction of leading enterprises in the special environment lighting industry, and analyzes the causes of these problems, especially the lack of understanding of the evolution of corporate culture. Founder of the cultural change caused by obstacles and major changes in personnel structure and other factors. Finally, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of enterprise culture, hoping to help the similar enterprises in our country to perfect the construction of enterprise culture. This thesis is divided into eight chapters: the first chapter introduces the writing background, domestic and foreign research trends, research ideas and methods, innovation. The second chapter describes the concept of corporate culture and related theories. The third chapter mainly describes the general situation of the company, enterprise development events, organizational structure and human resources allocation, corporate culture implementation, existing problems and other corporate culture construction. The fourth chapter summarizes and analyzes the basic contents of H Company's corporate culture. Fifth, the author analyzes the causes of the problems raised by H Company and finds out the main influencing factors. The sixth chapter puts forward the countermeasure and suggestion to solve the problem. Conclusion: according to the present situation of enterprise culture construction, combining the development of industry and the development stage of H Company. This paper holds that there are four main problems and challenges in the construction of enterprise culture, such as the weakening of core incentive and cohesion function, the lag of cultural construction behind the demand of cultural development, the resistance and obstacles of cultural change, and the lack of effective means for cultural construction. Through the analysis of the cause of formation, it is suggested that the enterprises should deepen their understanding of the dynamic evolution of culture, increase humanistic concern, desalinate the factors of the creators, perfect the incentive system, carry out scientific and objective cultural evaluation, and strengthen the management of enterprise culture construction. Change the communication mechanism, all the staff involved in cultural construction and other aspects of improvement and promotion. Then enhance the level of corporate culture construction, enhance their core competitiveness.
