【摘要】：選取2010—2014年省級(jí)面板數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,運(yùn)用層次回歸分析法研究了科技創(chuàng)新人力資源集聚度對(duì)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力的影響.研究發(fā)現(xiàn),人力資源集聚度、技術(shù)市場(chǎng)成交額、"211"工程高校占比和高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值占比與科技創(chuàng)新能力正相關(guān);創(chuàng)新人力資源集聚度在技術(shù)市場(chǎng)成交額、"211"工程高校占比與區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力的影響中起到完全中介作用,而在高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值占比對(duì)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力的影響中起到部分中介作用.
[Abstract]:Selecting the provincial panel data from 2010 to 2014 as the sample, this paper studies the impact of the concentration of human resources on the regional innovation ability by using the hierarchical regression analysis method. The study found that the concentration of human resources. The turnover of the technology market, the proportion of "211" engineering colleges and universities and the proportion of the output value of high-tech industry are positively related to the ability of scientific and technological innovation; The concentration of innovative human resources plays a complete intermediary role in the turnover of technology market, the proportion of "211" engineering universities and the influence of regional innovation ability. And plays a part intermediary role in the high-tech industry output value proportion to the regional innovation ability influence.
