【摘要】：本研究對(duì)高校人力資源管理進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要敘述,并從高校辦學(xué)實(shí)際和發(fā)展目標(biāo)出發(fā),分析了高校人力資源管理戰(zhàn)略的基本內(nèi)容,通過問題分析的方式說明戰(zhàn)略視域下高校人力資源管理中的弊端及改進(jìn)方向,闡述高校人力資源管理的有效方略,以期為高校人力資源管理工作的發(fā)展提供幫助和建議。
[Abstract]:This research has carried on the brief narration to the university human resources management, and from the university school practice and the development goal, has analyzed the university human resources management strategy basic content. Through the way of problem analysis, this paper explains the disadvantages and the direction of improvement in the management of human resources in colleges and universities from the strategic perspective, and expounds the effective strategy of human resources management in colleges and universities. With a view to the development of human resources management in colleges and universities to provide help and advice.
