沈陽(yáng)市光輝現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)品游客體驗(yàn)價(jià)值提升策略研究
[Abstract]:Rural tourism is a new hotspot of tourism research in China in recent years. However, behind the rural tourism boom, there are also some growing pains. The experience value of rural tourism products is difficult to meet the needs of tourists, resulting in low profit rate of rural tourism products, revisiting rate, low tourist satisfaction, and so on, which restricts the development of rural tourism. In this paper, Shenyang Guangming modern agricultural demonstration area is chosen as the research object, and the model of tourist experience value structure of rural tourism products is constructed by AHP. Through the evaluation of the tourist experience value of the rural tourism products in the region, the following suggestions are made to enhance the tourist experience value of the rural tourism products in the region: first, to give full play to the experience advantages of the basic tourism products. The second is to grasp the key points of the core tourism products experience, and the third is to locate the tourism products accurately. The full text is divided into the following parts: the first part introduces the research background and significance, the main research content, research methods and innovations, combing the domestic and foreign literature on rural tourism and experience value. The second part of tourism experience, Maslow hierarchy of needs and other related theories are combed and summarized. The third part introduces the basic situation and tourism resources of Xianghuang modern agricultural demonstration area in Shenyang. The fourth part constructs the evaluation model of the tourist experience value of rural tourism products in Xianghuang Agricultural demonstration District of Shenyang. Through reading the literature and consulting experts to determine the impact factors of the tourist experience value of rural tourism products, and to determine the weight of each influence factor in the evaluation model. In the fifth part, on the basis of the evaluation model of tourist experience value, the tourist questionnaire is made, and the tourists of the scenic spots in Shenyang Guanghuanmeng Agricultural demonstration Zone are selected to carry out a questionnaire survey, and through the established indicators. The factor weight is used to calculate the value of tourist experience value of rural tourism products in Xianghuang modern agricultural demonstration area of Shenyang, and the evaluation results are analyzed. The sixth part gives the specific strategies to enhance the experience value of tourists in this region, mainly including giving play to the experience advantages of the basic tourism products, grasping the key points of the core tourism products and finding out the position of developing the tourism products. Finally, this paper holds that the development of rural tourism products in Shenyang Guangming modern agricultural demonstration area is balanced, which should focus on strengthening the psychological relief experience value and social participation experience value.
