中美汽車(chē)露營(yíng)地發(fā)展的比較研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),我國(guó)的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,居民生活水平顯著提高,汽車(chē)露營(yíng)旅游作為一種新的生活方式逐漸進(jìn)入我國(guó),人們對(duì)汽車(chē)露營(yíng)地的需求日益凸顯,露營(yíng)地的建設(shè)也開(kāi)始受到國(guó)家的重視,其市場(chǎng)發(fā)展?jié)摿薮。但是與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,我國(guó)的汽車(chē)露營(yíng)運(yùn)動(dòng)才剛剛起步,在發(fā)展過(guò)程中遇到的諸多問(wèn)題,嚴(yán)重阻礙了我國(guó)汽車(chē)露營(yíng)運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展。美國(guó)是汽車(chē)露營(yíng)運(yùn)動(dòng)的起源國(guó)家,發(fā)展已有百年歷史,如今已經(jīng)形成了完整的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,研究借鑒美國(guó)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),可以使我們清楚地認(rèn)識(shí)所存在差距,制定正確的發(fā)展方向,避免盲目建設(shè)。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、比較分析法、專(zhuān)家訪(fǎng)談法、實(shí)地考察法、案例分析法對(duì)中美兩國(guó)汽車(chē)露營(yíng)地產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,從發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、政策背景、經(jīng)濟(jì)條件、選址依據(jù)、經(jīng)營(yíng)模式五個(gè)方面對(duì)兩國(guó)汽車(chē)露營(yíng)地的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,總結(jié)出美國(guó)汽車(chē)露營(yíng)地發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)和我國(guó)汽車(chē)露營(yíng)地存在的差距,提出了在我國(guó)汽車(chē)露營(yíng)地發(fā)展的過(guò)程中,應(yīng)該注意和改善的問(wèn)題,得出以下結(jié)論: 第一.我國(guó)汽車(chē)露營(yíng)活動(dòng)雖然起步晚,與國(guó)外存在差距,但是在經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)、道路交通、汽車(chē)消費(fèi)等各個(gè)方面已經(jīng)具備了開(kāi)展汽車(chē)露營(yíng)運(yùn)動(dòng)的基礎(chǔ)條件,并且有巨大的市場(chǎng)發(fā)展空間。 第二.美國(guó)汽車(chē)露營(yíng)營(yíng)地發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)是在發(fā)展初期,政府給予了多方面的政策保障,鼓勵(lì)人們積極參與汽車(chē)露營(yíng)運(yùn)動(dòng)。隨著它的發(fā)展,政府又及時(shí)制定汽車(chē)露營(yíng)地和房車(chē)行業(yè)規(guī)范,劃分露營(yíng)地等級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在全國(guó)形成統(tǒng)一的營(yíng)地服務(wù)體系,選址注重市場(chǎng)需求,通過(guò)連鎖、并購(gòu)等方式實(shí)行品牌化和規(guī)模化經(jīng)營(yíng),提高營(yíng)業(yè)利潤(rùn),使其得到健康發(fā)展。 第三.與美國(guó)相比,我國(guó)汽車(chē)露營(yíng)地的發(fā)展歷史短,還處于初級(jí)階段,主要是在政府的政策推動(dòng)和資金支持下開(kāi)展的,在消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定、房車(chē)制造業(yè)、連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)和管理方面還與美國(guó)存在著差距。因此,我國(guó)需要從這些方面去努力,促進(jìn)我國(guó)汽車(chē)露營(yíng)運(yùn)動(dòng)的順利發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the social economy of our country has developed steadily, the living standard of the residents has been improved remarkably. As a new way of life, automobile camping tourism has gradually entered our country, and the demand for car campsites has become increasingly prominent. The construction of campsite also began to receive the attention of the state, its market development potential is huge. However, compared with the developed countries, the automobile camping movement in our country has just started, and many problems encountered in the process of development seriously hinder the development of the automobile camping movement in our country. The United States is the country of origin of the automobile camping movement and has a history of 100 years. Now it has formed a complete industrial chain. To study and learn from the successful experience of the United States can enable us to clearly understand the existing gaps and formulate a correct direction of development. Avoid blind construction. This paper makes an investigation of the development status of the automobile campsite industry in China and the United States by using the methods of literature, comparative analysis, expert interview, field investigation and case analysis, from the development status, policy background, economic conditions, and the basis of site selection. This paper compares the development of automobile campsites between the two countries in five aspects, sums up the characteristics of the development of automobile campsites in the United States and the gap existing in the development of automobile campsites in China, and puts forward the process of the development of car campsites in China. Should pay attention to and improve the problem, draw the following conclusions: first. Although the automobile camping activities in our country started late, there is a gap between China and foreign countries, but in the aspects of economic base, road traffic, automobile consumption and so on, it already has the basic condition to carry out the automobile camping movement, and has the huge market development space. Second The successful experience of automobile camp development in the United States is that in the early stage of development, the government gave various policies to encourage people to take an active part in the automobile camp movement. With its development, the government also timely formulated the automobile campsite and saloon car industry norms, classified camp grade standards, formed a unified camp service system throughout the country, selected sites to pay attention to market demand, and adopted chain stores. M & A and other ways to implement brand and scale management, improve operating profits, make it healthy development. Third Compared with the United States, the development of our country's car campsites has a short history and is still in its infancy. It is mainly carried out under the policy and financial support of the government, in the consumer market, in the establishment of industrial standards, and in the manufacturing of RV cars. There is also a gap in chain management and management with the United States. Therefore, our country needs from these aspects to make efforts to promote the smooth development of China's automobile camping movement.
