【摘要】：針對(duì)現(xiàn)有關(guān)于合作創(chuàng)新研究存在的缺乏對(duì)能力定量化內(nèi)在性關(guān)注、結(jié)果較為粗淺、解釋力較差等不足,文章選取泛珠三角九省區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,依據(jù)2015年的樣本數(shù)據(jù),引入能力結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系模型,開展旅游創(chuàng)新能力結(jié)構(gòu)、能力結(jié)構(gòu)耦合度及其利益分配的測(cè)度,深入分析綜合創(chuàng)新能力結(jié)果基礎(chǔ)上,探討合作創(chuàng)新耦合度以及合作創(chuàng)新獲益分配格局形成的原因。研究認(rèn)為,泛珠三角區(qū)域旅游業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力存在較大差異,空間發(fā)展極不均衡,創(chuàng)新要素跨區(qū)域流動(dòng)存在阻礙,區(qū)域內(nèi)合作創(chuàng)新范圍和效率不高。廣東省和其他省區(qū)合作創(chuàng)新的耦合度偏低,屬低程度耦合,而廣西、海南與其他省區(qū)合作創(chuàng)新的耦合度偏高,合作創(chuàng)新的可能性大;兩省區(qū)之間旅游合作創(chuàng)新的可能性會(huì)受創(chuàng)新能力相似性與地理鄰近因素影響。廣東省與其他省區(qū)旅游合作創(chuàng)新的總獲益值最高,但合作較不穩(wěn)定,江西、貴州、廣西這些綜合能力比較相似的省區(qū)間獲益比接近于1,進(jìn)行旅游合作創(chuàng)新最穩(wěn)定。基于此,提出推動(dòng)泛珠三角區(qū)域旅游合作的3點(diǎn)對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:In view of the deficiency of the existing research on cooperative innovation, such as the lack of internal attention to the quantitative capability, the relatively shallow results and the poor explanatory power, this paper selects nine provinces of the Pan-Pearl River Delta as the research object, according to the sample data of 2015. This paper introduces the relationship model of ability structure, carries out the measurement of tourism innovation ability structure, the coupling degree of ability structure and its benefit distribution, and analyzes the result of comprehensive innovation ability deeply. This paper probes into the coupling degree of cooperative innovation and the reasons for the distribution pattern of cooperative innovation benefits. The research shows that there are great differences in the innovation ability of tourism in the Pan-Pearl River Delta region, the spatial development is extremely unbalanced, the cross-regional flow of innovation elements is hindered, and the scope and efficiency of intraregional cooperation innovation are not high. The coupling degree of cooperation innovation between Guangdong province and other provinces and regions is on the low side, but the coupling degree between Guangxi, Hainan and other provinces and regions is on the high side, and the possibility of cooperative innovation is great. The possibility of tourism cooperation innovation between the two provinces is influenced by the similarity of innovation ability and geographical proximity. The total benefit of tourism cooperation innovation between Guangdong province and other provinces is the highest, but the cooperation is unstable. Jiangxi, Guizhou and Guangxi provinces with similar comprehensive abilities have a benefit ratio of close to 1, and the tourism cooperation innovation is the most stable. Based on this, this paper puts forward three countermeasures and suggestions to promote the regional tourism cooperation in the pan-Pearl River Delta.
