【摘要】：贊比亞旅游業(yè)在過(guò)去十年中一直呈現(xiàn)明顯的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),已成為經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和多元化發(fā)展的主要潛在選擇之一。然而,仍然存在挑戰(zhàn),導(dǎo)致該行業(yè)的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力較差。這項(xiàng)研究是為了經(jīng)驗(yàn)性地分析影響贊比亞旅游業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的因素,并就如何提高國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提出建議。這項(xiàng)研究揭示了贊比亞旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的良好概況,突出了旅游業(yè)的主要旅游景點(diǎn)和投資機(jī)會(huì)。該研究采用貿(mào)易專業(yè)化系統(tǒng)(TSC)作為衡量贊比亞旅游業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的一個(gè)衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),進(jìn)一步采用基于運(yùn)動(dòng)鉆石模型競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力選擇的計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)變量進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。使用主成分分析和多元線性回歸分析,研究發(fā)現(xiàn),贊比亞旅游業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的78.3%可以通過(guò)本研究中確定的變量來(lái)解釋。這項(xiàng)研究表明,國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的象限應(yīng)與開放現(xiàn)代信息通信投資機(jī)會(huì)的政策并行,通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò),媒體和其他通信系統(tǒng)的促銷,便于解決旅游者的國(guó)際行為。這將有助于政府和其他企業(yè)制定測(cè)量目標(biāo)的基準(zhǔn),審查進(jìn)展情況,并報(bào)告贊比亞實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游業(yè)的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:Zambia's tourism industry has been showing significant growth over the past decade and has become one of the main potential options for economic growth and diversification. However, there are still challenges, resulting in the industry's international competitiveness is poor. The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the factors affecting the international competitiveness of Zambia's tourism industry and to make recommendations on how to improve its international competitiveness. The study reveals a good overview of Zambia's tourism development and highlights major tourist attractions and investment opportunities. In this study, trade specialization system (TSCS) is adopted as a measure of Zambia's tourism competitiveness, and econometric variables based on competitive choice of sport diamond model are used to analyze the competitiveness of Zambia's tourism industry. Using principal component analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis, it is found that 78.3% of the international competitiveness of Zambia's tourism industry can be explained by the variables identified in this study. The research shows that the quadrant of international competitiveness should be parallel to the policy of opening up the investment opportunities of modern information and communication, and it is convenient to solve the international behavior of tourists through the promotion of network, media and other communication systems. This will help the government and other businesses set benchmarks for measuring targets, review progress and report Zambia's achievement of international competitiveness in tourism.
