攀枝花市阿署達(dá)旅游景區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)改革開(kāi)發(fā)的深入,我國(guó)旅游業(yè)進(jìn)入了嶄新的大發(fā)展時(shí)期,同時(shí),隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)快速發(fā)展,公民的旅游需求也日益旺盛,旅游作為最終消費(fèi)業(yè)態(tài),國(guó)家大力支持其健康發(fā)展。隨著觀光旅游向休閑旅游轉(zhuǎn)變,旅游景區(qū)作為支撐整個(gè)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),其發(fā)展速度也在迅速加快。而到了每年的大小長(zhǎng)假期間,各旅游景區(qū)總是會(huì)出現(xiàn)人滿(mǎn)為患的局面。這充分說(shuō)明了旅游景區(qū)問(wèn)題是旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸問(wèn)題,旅游景區(qū)多寡直接制約著旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展,旅游景區(qū)的科學(xué)合理建設(shè),在提高其接待容量以及旅游的舒適性等方面都會(huì)產(chǎn)生很大的影響。然而旅游景區(qū)的建設(shè),不是簡(jiǎn)單地修通道路,隨意地設(shè)置些娛樂(lè)項(xiàng)目即可,中國(guó)旅游景區(qū)的建設(shè)與發(fā)展,一是以厚重的人文歷史文化為底蘊(yùn),二是以生態(tài)自然為基石,三是以休閑度假的主題公園為載體。因此在建設(shè)旅游景區(qū)時(shí),需要對(duì)景區(qū)所在地的人文歷史、整個(gè)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行狀況、內(nèi)外交通體系、自然環(huán)境、市場(chǎng)條件、游客的消費(fèi)需求等作綜合深入地分析,然后進(jìn)行總體的規(guī)劃,這樣才能科學(xué)地開(kāi)發(fā)出具有市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的項(xiàng)目,而且,規(guī)劃建設(shè)過(guò)程中必須同時(shí)考慮經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會(huì)效益和環(huán)境效益,這樣也才能使得整個(gè)景區(qū)具有可持續(xù)發(fā)展性。本文利用所學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí),以攀枝花市阿署達(dá)景區(qū)的開(kāi)發(fā)為個(gè)案進(jìn)行深入地研究,采用實(shí)地調(diào)研、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、定量分析法以及可行性分析等方法進(jìn)行了深入地分析和研究,將普遍規(guī)律應(yīng)用于個(gè)案,再?gòu)膫(gè)案中研究一般旅游景區(qū)建設(shè)所涉及的概念和原則,以期找到景區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)的一般途徑和模式,之后再對(duì)這些途徑和模式進(jìn)行篩選對(duì)比,并將最終研究結(jié)果用于阿署達(dá)景區(qū)建設(shè)的個(gè)案中,提出一些新的建議。這有利于景區(qū)的科學(xué)快速地建設(shè),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)當(dāng)?shù)芈糜螛I(yè)的健康快速發(fā)展。本論文可能的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于:針對(duì)阿署達(dá)項(xiàng)目分析及其市場(chǎng)需求,市場(chǎng)對(duì)項(xiàng)目的需求,提出如何在滿(mǎn)足市場(chǎng)需求的過(guò)程中,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)項(xiàng)目的科學(xué)開(kāi)發(fā)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's reform and development, tourism in China has entered a new period of great development. At the same time, with the sustained and rapid development of the national economy, the tourism demand of citizens is also increasingly strong. The state strongly supports its healthy development. With the transition from sightseeing to leisure tourism, tourist attractions as the basis to support the development of the whole tourism industry, its development speed is also rapidly accelerated. During the long annual vacation, scenic spots will always appear crowded situation. This fully shows that the problem of scenic spots is the bottleneck of the development of tourism, the number of tourist spots directly restricts the development of tourism, and the scientific and rational construction of tourist spots. In improving its reception capacity and tourism comfort and other aspects will have a great impact. However, the construction of tourist attractions is not simply to repair the road and set up some entertainment items at will. The construction and development of China's tourist scenic spots are based on the heavy humanistic history and culture, and the ecological nature as the foundation stone. Thirdly, take the theme park of leisure vacation as the carrier. Therefore, it is necessary to make a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the cultural history of the scenic spot, the operation of the whole national economy, the internal and external transportation system, the natural environment, the market conditions, the consumer demand of the tourists, and so on. Then the overall planning can be carried out scientifically to develop projects with market competitiveness. Moreover, economic, social and environmental benefits must be taken into account in the planning and construction process. Only in this way can the whole scenic spot have sustainable development. This paper makes use of the professional knowledge learned, taking the development of the Aldada Scenic area in Panzhihua City as a case study, using field investigation, questionnaire investigation, quantitative analysis and feasibility analysis methods to conduct in-depth analysis and study. The general law is applied to individual cases, and then the concepts and principles involved in the construction of general tourist attractions are studied from the individual cases, in order to find out the general ways and models of scenic spot development, and then to screen and compare these approaches and models. The final research results are applied to the construction of Alda scenic spot, and some new suggestions are put forward. This is conducive to the scientific and rapid construction of scenic spots, so as to realize the healthy and rapid development of local tourism. The possible innovation of this paper lies in: aiming at the analysis and market demand of Adda project and the demand of the market for the project, this paper puts forward how to realize the scientific development of the project in the process of meeting the market demand.
