中美旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易比較研究

【摘要】:隨著貿(mào)易自由化和世界經(jīng)濟(jì)多元化的不斷發(fā)展和深化,國家之間的聯(lián)系也越來越緊密,各國之間的貿(mào)易合作越來越頻繁,服務(wù)貿(mào)易更是得到了快速的發(fā)展。并且所占世界貿(mào)易總額的比重也在不斷增加,旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易也因?yàn)槠漭^好的持續(xù)發(fā)展能力和抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力,已經(jīng)成為服務(wù)貿(mào)易中不可或缺的一部分。近年來我國旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭良好,并逐漸成為我國重要的創(chuàng)匯來源之一。中國是一個(gè)旅游大國,但它并不是一個(gè)旅游強(qiáng)國,所以對(duì)中國和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)國家旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易進(jìn)行比較研究,并且通過比較分析借鑒其成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)于促進(jìn)中國旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展具有非,F(xiàn)實(shí)的意義。本文以中美兩國的旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易為研究對(duì)象,首先對(duì)兩國的旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了比較,分別從總量規(guī)模,增長速度和出口市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行比較。其次通過指數(shù)分析包括國際市場(chǎng)占有率、貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指數(shù)、顯示性比較優(yōu)勢(shì)指數(shù)、出口顯示性比較優(yōu)勢(shì)指數(shù)、出口增長優(yōu)勢(shì)指數(shù)、顯示性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)比較優(yōu)勢(shì)指數(shù)比較對(duì)中美兩國的國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行了定量分析。隨后分別從兩國的旅游資源、國內(nèi)旅游需求、旅游關(guān)聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)、人力因素、旅游企業(yè)以及法律制度六個(gè)方面闡述了影響旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的因素。文章最后從推進(jìn)旅游資源管理,創(chuàng)新經(jīng)營方式、培養(yǎng)專業(yè)人才、健全融資渠道、擴(kuò)大國內(nèi)旅游需求、抓住重點(diǎn),擴(kuò)大旅游業(yè)開放五個(gè)方面提出具有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策建議,以此來促進(jìn)中國旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and deepening of trade liberalization and diversification of world economy, the relationship between countries is becoming more and more close, trade cooperation between countries is more and more frequent, and trade in services has been developing rapidly. Tourism trade in services has become an indispensable part of trade in services because of its good ability of sustainable development and ability to resist risks. In recent years, China's tourism service trade has a good development momentum, and gradually become one of the important sources of foreign exchange. China is a big tourist country, but it is not a powerful tourist country. Therefore, this paper makes a comparative study on tourism service trade between China and economically developed countries, and draws lessons from its successful experience through comparative analysis. To promote the development of China's tourism services trade has a very practical significance. In this paper, the tourism service trade between China and the United States as the research object, first of all, the development of tourism services trade between the two countries are compared, respectively from the total size, growth rate and export market structure of three comparisons. Secondly, through the index analysis, including the international market share, the trade competitiveness index, the indicative comparative advantage index, the export display comparative advantage index, the export growth advantage index, The comparative comparative advantage index is a quantitative analysis of the international competitiveness of China and the United States. Then the factors influencing the international competitiveness of tourism service trade are discussed from six aspects: tourism resources, domestic tourism demand, tourism related industries, human factors, tourism enterprises and legal system. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects of promoting the management of tourism resources, innovating the management mode, cultivating professional talents, perfecting financing channels, expanding domestic tourism demand, grasping the key points and expanding the opening of tourism. In order to promote the development of China's tourism services trade.
