【摘要】：少兒室內(nèi)拓展運動是一種以項目活動為載體的生存教育、現(xiàn)代教育模式,是要讓少年兒童在拓展訓(xùn)練中體驗與感悟在面對困難與問題時的心理狀態(tài),學(xué)會解決問題的方法,增強克服困難的信心和勇氣。通過對少兒室內(nèi)拓展運動發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、研究,分析室內(nèi)拓展運動在發(fā)展過程中存在的問題,并提出相應(yīng)的對策,對今后室內(nèi)拓展運動的發(fā)展提供一定的理論支持。 本文采用文獻法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法等研究方法,在對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于拓展運動研究現(xiàn)狀進行綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,以濟南市4家開展少兒室內(nèi)拓展運動的場館為調(diào)查對象,對建設(shè)情況、運營情況、參與人群的現(xiàn)狀、參與人群對濟南市室內(nèi)拓展運動發(fā)展的滿意度、存在的問題五個方面展開了研究。研究結(jié)果表明： 1、濟南市少兒室內(nèi)拓展運動剛剛起步,目前拓展場館數(shù)量較少,規(guī)模不大,且大多數(shù)場館建設(shè)在大型的商場內(nèi)。 2、拓展場館在運行中存在著價格較高、項目種類較為單一,項目調(diào)整不及時等問題。 3、濟南市少兒室內(nèi)拓展運動參與人群對室內(nèi)拓展運動的認知度差異較大。 4、少兒家長對室內(nèi)拓展運動場地設(shè)施建設(shè)、拓展項目種類、拓展項目收費價格、拓展項目安全設(shè)施等滿意度較低。 5、濟南市室內(nèi)少兒拓展運動在發(fā)展中存在的問題表現(xiàn)在少兒室內(nèi)拓展運動相關(guān)法律法規(guī)不健全、國家對專業(yè)的少兒拓展教練培育不足、室內(nèi)拓展運動器材設(shè)施不足、室內(nèi)拓展運動的教育理念缺失、區(qū)域間的發(fā)展不均衡、室內(nèi)拓展運動風(fēng)險規(guī)避機制的不健全、國家對該項運動的宣傳力度不足。 針對當(dāng)前濟南市室內(nèi)少兒拓展運動發(fā)展中存在的問題,研究者提出了政府加快立法,制定行業(yè)準(zhǔn)則,加強監(jiān)管力度、培養(yǎng)專業(yè)的少兒室內(nèi)拓展教練員、全社會共同關(guān)注,吸引更多的少兒參與到室內(nèi)拓展訓(xùn)練、借助于媒體加大少兒室內(nèi)拓展運動的宣傳與普及、加強場地器材配置,提高后勤保障、加強安全機制建設(shè),建立風(fēng)險規(guī)避體系,以促進濟南市室內(nèi)少兒拓展運動的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Children's indoor outreach is a kind of survival education with project activities as the carrier. The modern education mode is to enable children to experience and understand the psychological state in the face of difficulties and problems, and to learn how to solve problems. Strengthen confidence and courage to overcome difficulties. Through the research on the present situation of children's indoor development, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of indoor expansion, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, which will provide some theoretical support for the future development of indoor expansion. Based on the literature, questionnaire survey and expert interview, and on the basis of summarizing the current situation of the research on the development of sports at home and abroad, this paper takes 4 gymnasiums in Jinan as the objects of investigation. The paper studies the construction situation, the operation situation, the present situation of the participants, the satisfaction degree of the participants to the development of the indoor expansion movement in Jinan, and the existing problems in five aspects. The results show that: 1. The children's indoor expansion movement in Jinan has just started. At present, the number and scale of the development venues are relatively small, and most of the venues are built in large shopping malls. 2. There are some problems such as high price, single project type and untimely project adjustment. 3. There are great differences in the cognition of the children's indoor expansion movement in Jinan. 4. Children's parents are less satisfied with indoor sports facilities construction, project types, project charge price, project safety facilities and so on. 5. The problems existing in the development of indoor children's development in Jinan are that the laws and regulations related to the children's indoor expansion are not perfect, the national training for professional children's development coaches is insufficient, and the indoor development sports equipment and facilities are insufficient. The lack of educational concept of indoor expansion movement, the uneven development between regions, the unsound risk aversion mechanism of indoor expansion movement, and the lack of propaganda on the campaign by the state. In view of the problems existing in the development of the indoor children's expansion movement in Jinan, the researchers proposed that the government should speed up legislation, formulate industry guidelines, strengthen supervision, train professional children's indoor development coaches, and pay attention to the whole society. To attract more children to participate in indoor development training, to increase the publicity and popularization of children's indoor expansion campaigns by means of the media, to strengthen the allocation of venues and equipment, to improve logistical support, to strengthen the construction of security mechanisms, and to establish a risk aversion system. In order to promote the development of Jinan indoor children's expansion movement.
