【摘要】：旅游業(yè)素有“朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)”之稱,其發(fā)展狀況是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要標志。西部地區(qū)獨特盛譽的自然資源為旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來了巨大潛力,與東部地區(qū)相比,西部地區(qū)在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平、區(qū)位條件、大眾旅游觀念、旅游基礎設施等方面較落后。本文將對西部12個省區(qū)的旅游業(yè)效率進行測算和比較分析,剖析西部旅游業(yè)效率的影響因素,為提高西部地區(qū)旅游業(yè)效率、促進西部旅游業(yè)的快速發(fā)展提出切實可行的對策和建議。本文通過對旅游業(yè)效率相關研究文獻的梳理和總結,結合西部旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,選取輸入輸出指標,運用DEA模型對西部12個省區(qū)2004-2015年旅游業(yè)的綜合技術效率、純技術效率、規(guī)模效率和規(guī)模報酬進行比較分析,結果表明:西部整體旅游業(yè)綜合技術效率較低,且呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢;12個省區(qū)旅游業(yè)效率差異較大:甘肅和新疆兩省的純技術效率較低;西藏、寧夏和青海三省的規(guī)模效率較低,且一直處于規(guī)模遞增狀態(tài);云南和陜西兩省規(guī)模報酬均處于遞減狀態(tài)。之后,運用eviews6.0面板數(shù)據(jù)模型對可能影響西部12個省區(qū)旅游業(yè)效率變化的影響因素進行分析,結果表明:固定資產(chǎn)投資、區(qū)位條件、服務業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)模和服務業(yè)發(fā)展水平對西部旅游業(yè)效率提高和改進具有促進作用;而地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平和交通便捷程度對西部旅游業(yè)效率具有阻礙作用。
[Abstract]:Tourism is known as "sunrise industry", and its development is an important symbol of regional economic development.The unique and prestigious natural resources in the western region have brought great potential for the development of tourism industry. Compared with the eastern region, the western region is lagging behind in terms of economic development level, location conditions, popular tourism concept, tourism infrastructure, and so on.This paper will measure and compare the tourism efficiency of 12 provinces and regions in the west, and analyze the influencing factors of the tourism efficiency in the west, in order to improve the tourism efficiency in the western region.To promote the rapid development of tourism in the west, practical countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Through combing and summing up the related research documents of tourism efficiency, combining with the present situation of tourism development in western China, this paper selects the input and output indexes, and applies DEA model to analyze the comprehensive technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency of tourism in 12 provinces and regions of the west from 2004 to 2015.The comparative analysis of scale efficiency and scale reward shows that the comprehensive technical efficiency of tourism industry in the western region is low and showing a downward trend, the tourism efficiency of 12 provinces and regions is quite different: the pure technical efficiency of Gansu and Xinjiang provinces is relatively low, and that of Tibet,The scale efficiency of Ningxia and Qinghai provinces is low, and it is in the state of increasing scale, and Yunnan and Shaanxi provinces are in the decreasing state of scale returns.Then, using the eviews6.0 panel data model to analyze the influence factors that may affect the tourism efficiency of 12 provinces and regions in western China, the results show that: fixed assets investment, location conditions,The scale of service industry and the level of service industry development can promote the improvement of tourism efficiency in western China, while the level of regional economic development and the convenient degree of transportation hinder the efficiency of tourism industry in western China.
