【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)自然遺產(chǎn)旅游的快速發(fā)展,自然遺產(chǎn)地居民與遺產(chǎn)管理方的利益沖突逐步顯現(xiàn),居民常常為爭(zhēng)奪土地權(quán)、資源使用權(quán)、平等經(jīng)營(yíng)權(quán)、利益分配權(quán)和控制權(quán)與政府及相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生不同程度的沖突。調(diào)查研究表明,世界自然遺產(chǎn)地居民普遍關(guān)注地方政務(wù)管理過(guò)程、管理方式和管理結(jié)果,關(guān)注地方經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中的利益分配公正、程序公正和互動(dòng)公正;而影響居民社會(huì)公正感知的因素依次為互動(dòng)公正、程序公正和利益分配公正。改進(jìn)世界自然遺產(chǎn)地社會(huì)管理中表達(dá)公正和程序公正的低水平狀況,改進(jìn)政府及相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)工作人員對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)鼐用竦膽B(tài)度以及他們與居民有效溝通的能力,已經(jīng)成為世界自然遺產(chǎn)地可持續(xù)發(fā)展中政府管理機(jī)構(gòu)亟待解決的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the natural heritage tourism in our country , the conflicts of interest between the residents of the natural heritage and the management of the heritage gradually show that the residents often pay attention to the process of the administration of land , the right to use the resources , the equal right of operation , the right of distribution of interest and the control of the government and the relevant institutions . The investigation shows that the factors that affect the fairness and fairness of the local economy and social development are the mutual justice , the fairness of the procedure and the fairness of the interests . The improvement of the attitude of the government and the staff of the relevant institutions to the local residents and their ability to communicate effectively with the residents has become a problem that the governmental regulatory agency needs to solve in the sustainable development of the world ' s natural heritage .
