【摘要】：改進領(lǐng)導學課程教學,必須緊緊抓住學生需要這個中心,突出對學生領(lǐng)導力的培養(yǎng),要精心選編教學內(nèi)容,要大力開展參與式教學,要改革成績評定方法并加強師資隊伍建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the teaching of leadership courses, we must grasp the center of students' needs, stress the cultivation of students' leadership, carefully select and compile teaching contents, vigorously develop participatory teaching, reform the methods of assessment of achievements and strengthen the construction of teachers' ranks.
