【摘要】：正決策作為一種普遍存在于政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)和日常生活中的行為,是一個(gè)提出問題、分析問題、解決問題的完整的動(dòng)態(tài)過程。決策既是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者最基本、最頻繁的重要活動(dòng),又是產(chǎn)生影響最大、最深刻、最長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的活動(dòng)。因此,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者需要對(duì)各種選擇的利弊和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行權(quán)衡,以達(dá)到最科學(xué)的決策結(jié)果,從而有效實(shí)現(xiàn)組織目標(biāo)。由于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的一切決策都是從問題開始,所以,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者必須全面收集、廣泛征求各方面的意見和建議,通過民主決策過程,發(fā)現(xiàn)差距,確認(rèn)問題,做出決斷。而在這一關(guān)鍵階段,口碑傳播的甄別和利用成為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者決策過程難以逾越的藩籬。當(dāng)今,口碑傳播范圍和頻率空前突破,不但被企業(yè)營(yíng)銷視為高可信度的宣傳媒介,其沖擊力和影響力更使得一些領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的注意力集中于口碑傳播效應(yīng),甚至成為
[Abstract]:As a common behavior in politics, economy, technology and daily life, positive decision making is a complete dynamic process of asking questions, analyzing problems, and solving problems. Decision-making is not only the most basic and frequent important activities of leaders, but also the most influential, profound and long-term activities. Therefore, leaders need to weigh the advantages and disadvantages and risks of various choices in order to achieve the most scientific decision results, so as to effectively achieve organizational goals. Since all decisions made by leaders begin with problems, leaders must collect and solicit opinions and suggestions from all sides, find gaps, identify problems, and make decisions through democratic decision-making processes. In this critical stage, the identification and utilization of word of mouth communication is an insurmountable barrier in the decision-making process of leaders. Nowadays, the unprecedented breakthrough in the scope and frequency of word-of-mouth communication has not only been regarded as a highly credible propaganda medium by enterprise marketing, but also made some leaders pay more attention to the word-of-mouth communication effect, and even become the media of communication.
