【摘要】：針對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)型大群體決策問題,考慮專家權(quán)重確定的復(fù)雜性,提出基于累積前景理論的決策信息處理和考慮雙層專家權(quán)重確定的大群體決策方法.采用二元語義獲取并表達(dá)專家的評價(jià)信息;基于累積前景理論計(jì)算方案的綜合前景價(jià)值矩陣;采用雙層專家權(quán)重確定方法,第1層利用聚類方法對大群體成員價(jià)值向量進(jìn)行聚類,根據(jù)聚類結(jié)果確定聚集群權(quán)重,第2層利用熵權(quán)法獲得專家熵權(quán),二者結(jié)合得到專家權(quán)重.通過確定專家權(quán)重和綜合前景價(jià)值矩陣得出最終的決策結(jié)果.最后通過算例表明了所提出方法的可行性和有效性.
[Abstract]:Considering the complexity of expert weight determination, a decision information processing method based on cumulative foreground theory and a large group decision making method considering two-level expert weight determination are proposed. The evaluation information of experts is obtained and expressed by binary semantics; the comprehensive foreground value matrix is calculated based on cumulative foreground theory; and the two-level expert weight determination method is adopted. In the first layer, the value vector of large group members is clustered by clustering method, and the weight of cluster is determined according to the clustering results. In the second layer, the expert entropy weight is obtained by using entropy weight method, and the expert weight is obtained by combining the two methods. The final decision result is obtained by determining expert weight and comprehensive foreground value matrix. Finally, an example is given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
