【摘要】：正一、宜早不宜晚。其一,提前謀劃工作,順勢而為,提高工作效率。其二,下級單位謀劃出臺工作意見時,應參照上級意見。上級單位早謀劃、早出臺工作意見一天,下級單位就會早一天有據(jù)可依、有章可循。二、宜群不宜獨。領導獨謀可能造成脫離實際,工作安排不接地氣。群謀的益處頗多。一方面,科室、部門同志從源頭參與,可以最大限度凝聚共識,提高工作積極性和主人翁責任感;另一方面,討論的過程也是宣講的過程、工作安排和部署的過程,有助于更好地執(zhí)行和落實工作意見。
[Abstract]:One should be early rather than late. First, plan ahead of time work, conform to the trend, improve work efficiency. Second, lower units plan to issue work advice, should refer to the views of higher authorities. The superior unit plans early, early promulgates the work opinion one day, the subordinate unit will have the evidence as early as one day, has the rule to follow. Second, the right group should not be alone. Leadership alone can lead to unrealistic and inaccessible work arrangements. There are many benefits of a crowd.
