【摘要】：科學(xué)素質(zhì)是公民素質(zhì)的重要組成部分,是一個(gè)國(guó)家軟實(shí)力的體現(xiàn)�？萍紕�(chuàng)新、科學(xué)普及是實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的兩翼,近年來(lái),北京的科普工作取得了巨大發(fā)展,積累了豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)。隨著新一代信息技術(shù)、"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"等科技傳播手段日新月異,北京科普工作需要積極融入新的歷史時(shí)期,站在新的發(fā)展高度,積極探索創(chuàng)新,引領(lǐng)科普工作創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。本文通過(guò)總結(jié)梳理"十二五"時(shí)期北京科普工作的情況,提出了"十三五"時(shí)期北京科普工作的主要思路和內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:Scientific quality is an important part of citizen's quality and the embodiment of a country's soft power. Science and technology innovation and science popularization are the two wings to realize innovation and development. In recent years, Beijing has made great progress in popularizing science and has accumulated rich experience. With the new generation of information technology, "Internet" and other means of scientific and technological communication changing with each passing day, the work of popularizing science in Beijing needs to actively integrate into the new historical period, stand at a new level of development, actively explore and innovate, and guide the innovation and development of the work of popularizing science. By summing up the situation of science popularization in Beijing during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, this paper puts forward the main ideas and contents of the science popularization work in Beijing during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.
