【摘要】：世界國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究報(bào)告表明，當(dāng)前國(guó)家間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)正向著國(guó)民素質(zhì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)轉(zhuǎn)變，而于發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比我國(guó)國(guó)民素質(zhì)還相對(duì)落后，提升國(guó)民素質(zhì)刻不容緩。做好農(nóng)村科普工作是提升農(nóng)村地區(qū)公眾科學(xué)素質(zhì)的重要途徑，尤為重要。 為促進(jìn)湖北省農(nóng)村科普工作的發(fā)展，了解湖北省農(nóng)村公眾科學(xué)素養(yǎng)，以及現(xiàn)階段農(nóng)村科普現(xiàn)狀，筆者研究了前人的一些相關(guān)研究成果以及政府相關(guān)政策文件，并對(duì)一些地區(qū)進(jìn)行深入調(diào)研，期望在此基礎(chǔ)上提出更具價(jià)值的對(duì)策建議。 本文首先將影響農(nóng)村科普工作發(fā)展的因素進(jìn)行分析，運(yùn)用層次分析法計(jì)算各因素權(quán)重得出在影響農(nóng)村科普的各因素中農(nóng)村教育、科普宣傳、科普工作方式最為重要。 其次，系統(tǒng)的對(duì)建國(guó)以來湖北省農(nóng)村科普的發(fā)展階段以及工作現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析、總結(jié)。 再次，結(jié)合因素分析以及文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)檢索，對(duì)湖北省農(nóng)村科普工作發(fā)展所存在的問題進(jìn)行具體分析。 第四，選擇美國(guó)及日本的農(nóng)村科普模式方法進(jìn)行針對(duì)性研究，期望得以借鑒與啟示。 第五，結(jié)合以上的研究與經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒，認(rèn)真分析了湖北省農(nóng)村發(fā)展大環(huán)境，，提出了若干條具有一定科學(xué)性與可行性的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The research report of the world international competitiveness shows that the competition among countries is changing to the competition of national quality, but compared with the developed countries, the national quality of our country is still relatively backward, so it is urgent to improve the national quality. It is an important way to improve the scientific quality of the public in rural areas, especially to do a good job of popularizing science in rural areas. In order to promote the development of rural science popularization in Hubei Province, to understand the scientific literacy of the rural public in Hubei Province, and the current situation of rural science popularization in Hubei Province, the author has studied some related research results of predecessors and relevant government policy documents. On the basis of in-depth investigation in some areas, the author hopes to put forward more valuable countermeasures and suggestions. In this paper, the factors that affect the development of rural science popularization are analyzed, and the weight of each factor is calculated by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Among the factors affecting rural science popularization, rural education, popular science propaganda and popular science work mode are the most important. Secondly, the development stage and current situation of rural science popularization in Hubei Province since the founding of the people's Republic of China are systematically analyzed and summarized. Thirdly, combining factor analysis and literature data retrieval, the problems in the development of rural science popularization in Hubei province are analyzed concretely. Fourth, select the American and Japanese rural popular science model method for targeted research, hoping to be used for reference and enlightenment. Fifthly, combining the above research and experience, this paper analyzes the rural development environment of Hubei Province, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions which are scientific and feasible.
