【摘要】：專利權(quán)質(zhì)押作為產(chǎn)權(quán)的重要方式,其對(duì)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的價(jià)值體現(xiàn)的越來越明顯。近些年來,隨著各國(guó)對(duì)專利融資重視程度的提高,有關(guān)專利權(quán)質(zhì)押有效性以及對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展質(zhì)量的貢獻(xiàn)程度等相關(guān)問題研究的重要性也越來越凸顯。通過專利質(zhì)押、專利授權(quán)和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間的關(guān)系研究,試圖尋找出提升專利質(zhì)押有效性的基本路徑,文章分析得出專利授權(quán)和專利權(quán)質(zhì)押數(shù)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的彈性系數(shù),發(fā)現(xiàn)專利授權(quán)量與專利權(quán)質(zhì)押量之間存在"倒掛現(xiàn)象",專利權(quán)質(zhì)押的有效性對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響程度不高等現(xiàn)象,并對(duì)產(chǎn)生這種現(xiàn)象的原因進(jìn)行探討并提出對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:As an important way of property right, patent pledge is more and more obvious to social and economic development.In recent years, with the increasing emphasis on patent financing, the importance of research on the validity of patent pledge and its contribution to the quality of economic development has become more and more prominent.Through the study of the relationship between patent pledge, patent authorization and economic growth, this paper tries to find out the basic path to improve the validity of patent pledge. The paper analyzes the elastic coefficient between patent authorization and patent pledge and economic development.It is found that there exists the phenomenon of "upside down" between the quantity of patent license and the amount of pledge of patent right, and the effect of the validity of pledge of patent right on economic development is not high, and the causes of this phenomenon are discussed and countermeasures are put forward.
