【摘要】：在對(duì)比企業(yè)內(nèi)部學(xué)習(xí)和外部學(xué)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)上,本文通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)115家高技術(shù)企業(yè)的知識(shí)資產(chǎn)(技術(shù)資產(chǎn)、關(guān)系資產(chǎn)和結(jié)構(gòu)資產(chǎn))特性與外部學(xué)習(xí)戰(zhàn)略重要性的關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)關(guān)系資產(chǎn)特性中的聲譽(yù)與外部學(xué)習(xí)的戰(zhàn)略重要性呈顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,客戶關(guān)系和外部技術(shù)合作的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)與外部學(xué)習(xí)的戰(zhàn)略重要性呈顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系。而技術(shù)資產(chǎn)特性和結(jié)構(gòu)資產(chǎn)特性對(duì)外部學(xué)習(xí)戰(zhàn)略重要性并沒(méi)有顯著影響。
[Abstract]:On the basis of comparing internal and external learning, this paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between the characteristics of knowledge assets (technology assets, relational assets and structural assets) and the importance of external learning strategy of 115 high-tech enterprises in China. It is found that the reputation in relational assets is negatively correlated with the strategic importance of external learning, while the successful experience of customer relationship and external technical cooperation is positively correlated with the strategic importance of external learning. However, the characteristics of technical assets and structural assets have no significant influence on the importance of external learning strategy.
