供應鏈優(yōu)化配置投資效益分析

【摘要】:在知識經(jīng)濟信息時代,優(yōu)化企業(yè)資源配置可以幫助企業(yè)建立高效的供應鏈。隨著計算機軟、硬件技術領域突飛猛進的發(fā)展,適用于供應鏈優(yōu)化配置的管理信息網(wǎng)絡集成系統(tǒng)在各個行業(yè)及其工商企業(yè)中逐漸得到了廣泛的運用。應允而生的企業(yè)資源計劃(ERP)、業(yè)務流程重組(BPR)、客戶關系管理(CRM)、物流配送系統(tǒng)(LTS)及電子商務應用系統(tǒng)平臺等變革使得公司更加普遍地進行組織優(yōu)化,適應不斷變化的國際市場需求和日益激烈競爭的市場環(huán)境。本文從供應鏈優(yōu)化配置適用的運行規(guī)則、優(yōu)化配置在供應鏈管理中的定位與應用、供應鏈優(yōu)化配置的競爭優(yōu)勢等方面進行了較為詳細的分析和研究。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy and information, optimizing enterprise resource allocation can help enterprises to establish efficient supply chain. With the rapid development of computer software and hardware technology field, the management information network integration system, which is suitable for the optimal configuration of supply chain, has been widely used in various industries and industrial and commercial enterprises. The promised changes such as Enterprise Resource Plan (ERP) (ERP), Business process Reengineering (BPR), customer relationship Management (CRM), (CRM), Logistics and Distribution system (LTS) and Electronic Commerce Application system (E-commerce) platform make the company more general organization optimization. Adapt to the changing international market demand and increasingly fierce competition in the market environment. This paper makes a detailed analysis and research on the operational rules applicable to the optimal configuration of the supply chain, the positioning and application of the optimal configuration in the supply chain management, and the competitive advantages of the optimal configuration of the supply chain.
