【摘要】：理貨作為第三方公正性質(zhì)的服務(wù)型行業(yè),是國際海上物流業(yè)必不可少的一個環(huán)節(jié)。長期以來,理貨行業(yè)在我國作為國家強(qiáng)制性服務(wù),為貨主提供理貨業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù)。然而隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的深入以及金融危機(jī)的影響,理貨行業(yè)面臨著從未有過的危機(jī)與挑戰(zhàn)。如何應(yīng)對國際形勢變化,對于大連外輪理貨有限公司的生存和發(fā)展具有重要意義。 經(jīng)過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),2012年全球港口航運(yùn)業(yè)情況不容樂觀,全球港口貨物吞吐量以及全球港口集裝箱吞吐量呈一路下滑趨勢,這也給中國港口航運(yùn)業(yè)帶來了負(fù)面影響。港口航運(yùn)業(yè)的蕭條勢必導(dǎo)致理貨行業(yè)的發(fā)展。大連港作為國內(nèi)最重要的港口之一,2012年其港口吞吐量的增速減緩,能源類產(chǎn)品的甚至出現(xiàn)負(fù)增長。大連理貨行業(yè)受其影響發(fā)展環(huán)境不佳。 大連外輪理貨有限公司是大連港僅有的兩個理貨公司之一,近年來面對國內(nèi)外的各種危機(jī)積極應(yīng)對,2009至2012年公司再穩(wěn)步發(fā)展已開發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上,加大市場開發(fā)的力度,積極拓展新的業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域,尋找港外市場商機(jī)。2012年,主動出擊,積極拓展新業(yè)務(wù),全年新開辟業(yè)務(wù)收入實(shí)現(xiàn)近700萬元。 然而,大連外輪理貨有限公司還存在許多問題,這也是推動業(yè)務(wù)拓展的主要原因。另外,理貨行業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)針對性強(qiáng),導(dǎo)致公司經(jīng)營范圍較為局限,競爭力不斷下降。人才大量流失�？蛻魧碡浶袠I(yè)的要求也不斷增加,差異化服務(wù)水平急需提高。 在充分研究了大連外輪理貨公司所面臨的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境之后,以及通過SWOT分析后得出大連外輪理貨有限公司要解決當(dāng)前危機(jī),就要實(shí)施業(yè)務(wù)拓展。主要表現(xiàn)為積極開發(fā)新業(yè)務(wù),升級傳統(tǒng)港內(nèi)理貨任務(wù)。要充分利用外部發(fā)展機(jī)遇,發(fā)揮自身資源優(yōu)勢,加強(qiáng)客戶關(guān)系管理,打造優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)品牌,發(fā)揮服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)勢,盡量減少外界不利因素的影響,在企業(yè)內(nèi)部發(fā)展信息科技創(chuàng)新技術(shù),培養(yǎng)員工的職業(yè)操守和業(yè)務(wù)技能,開發(fā)市場,為業(yè)務(wù)拓展提供必要的保障,進(jìn)一步提高企業(yè)的競爭力。
[Abstract]:Tally, as a service industry with the nature of third party justice, is an indispensable link in the international maritime logistics industry. For a long time, the tally industry has been a compulsory service in our country. However, with the deepening of economic globalization and the impact of financial crisis, the tally industry is facing unprecedented crises and challenges, and how to cope with the changes in the international situation. It is of great significance for the survival and development of Dalian Foreign Shipping tally Co., Ltd. Through the research, it is found that in 2012, the global port shipping industry is not optimistic, the global port cargo throughput and the global port container throughput show a downward trend. The depression of port shipping industry will inevitably lead to the development of tally industry. Dalian Port is one of the most important ports in China. In 2012, the growth rate of port throughput slowed, and the growth of energy products even negative. Dalian tally industry was affected by the poor development environment. Dalian Foreign Shipping tally Co., Ltd. is one of the only two tally companies in Dalian Port. In recent years, it has faced various crises both at home and abroad. From 2009 to 2012, on the basis of the steady development of the business, the company will increase the strength of market development, actively expand new business areas, and seek business opportunities outside Hong Kong. 2012, take the initiative to attack. Actively expand new business, new business revenue in the year to achieve nearly 7 million yuan. However, Dalian Foreign Shipping tally Co., Ltd. still has many problems, which is also the main reason to promote business expansion. In addition, the tally industry business targeted, resulting in the company's business scope is relatively limited. The competitive power is declining, the talented person is losing a lot, the customer's request to the tally industry is also increasing, the service level of differentiation needs to be improved urgently. After a full study of the external and internal environment facing Dalian Foreign Shipping tally Company, and through the analysis of SWOT, it is concluded that Dalian Foreign Shipping tally Co., Ltd. should solve the current crisis. It is necessary to implement business expansion. It is mainly manifested in the active development of new business, upgrading of the traditional port tally task. It is necessary to make full use of external development opportunities, give play to their own resource advantages, and strengthen customer relationship management. Create high-quality service brand, play the advantage of service network, minimize the influence of outside adverse factors, develop information technology innovation technology in the enterprise, train employees' professional integrity and business skills, and develop the market. To provide the necessary protection for business expansion, further improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
