綠色動(dòng)機(jī)對企業(yè)績效的影響機(jī)制研究

在過去的一段時(shí)間里,科學(xué)技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新在不斷增長。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以后,確保可持續(xù)發(fā)展的呼聲很高,因此,企業(yè)發(fā)展的時(shí)候,不僅要以個(gè)人利益為導(dǎo)向,而且還要更多的照顧到自然環(huán)境和整個(gè)社會。然而,公司為實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)所應(yīng)涉及的概念和動(dòng)機(jī)的研究不足,因此它們被誤解了。當(dāng)前的研究的主要目的是評估企業(yè)相關(guān)的綠色動(dòng)機(jī)對企業(yè)績效的影響。數(shù)據(jù)通過調(diào)查問卷進(jìn)行收集,卷中包含的問題有助于探索綠色動(dòng)機(jī)通過突破性創(chuàng)新行為的中介變量對企業(yè)績效的積極影響。該分析將綠色動(dòng)機(jī)分為三個(gè)主要類別,包括工具性的動(dòng)機(jī)、關(guān)系性的動(dòng)機(jī)和道德動(dòng)機(jī)。結(jié)果被分析并以表格的形式呈現(xiàn)出來。為了收集和描述從164個(gè)公司獲得的目標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù),相關(guān)和回歸分析法被使用。本研究研究的對象是中國和其他國際企業(yè)。研究的目標(biāo)是探索企業(yè)綠色動(dòng)機(jī)對企業(yè)績效的影響。通過研究,本論文旨在實(shí)現(xiàn)以下目標(biāo):(1)研究公司的綠色動(dòng)機(jī)對上企業(yè)績效的影響,同時(shí)還研究了綠色動(dòng)機(jī)與突破性創(chuàng)新行為的關(guān)系和突破性創(chuàng)新行為與企業(yè)績效之間的關(guān)系。(2)研究技術(shù)管理能力對GM和RIB的調(diào)節(jié)作用,以及創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)向?qū)IB和FP的調(diào)節(jié)作用。(3)比較收集的調(diào)查結(jié)果并證明或否認(rèn)既定假設(shè)。(4)綠色動(dòng)機(jī)向公司做出結(jié)論...
