【摘要】：基于5省236家新創(chuàng)企業(yè)的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),從利益相關(guān)者的制度邏輯入手,分析了風(fēng)險投資者和政府機(jī)構(gòu)對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)探索式創(chuàng)新和利用式創(chuàng)新的影響,以及企業(yè)往期績效和利益相關(guān)者介入新創(chuàng)企業(yè)發(fā)展時間的調(diào)節(jié)作用。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)獲得風(fēng)險投資機(jī)構(gòu)資金的新創(chuàng)企業(yè)傾向于采取利用式創(chuàng)新,而獲得政府機(jī)構(gòu)資金扶持的新創(chuàng)企業(yè)傾向于探索式創(chuàng)新;(2)新創(chuàng)企業(yè)往期績效越好,其在獲得風(fēng)險投資機(jī)構(gòu)資金后采取利用式創(chuàng)新的可能性越小,而在獲得政府機(jī)構(gòu)資金扶持后采取探索式創(chuàng)新的可能性越大;(3)風(fēng)險投資機(jī)構(gòu)介入新創(chuàng)企業(yè)發(fā)展的時間越長,新創(chuàng)企業(yè)采取利用式創(chuàng)新的可能性越大,而政府機(jī)構(gòu)介入新創(chuàng)企業(yè)發(fā)展的時間越長,新創(chuàng)企業(yè)采取探索式創(chuàng)新的可能性越大。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of 236 new enterprises in 5 provinces, this paper analyzes the influence of venture capital and government institutions on the exploratory and utilitarian innovation of new enterprises, starting with the institutional logic of stakeholders. As well as the past period of performance and stakeholders involved in the development of new enterprises to adjust the role. The findings are as follows: (1) the new venture capital enterprises tend to adopt the utilization innovation, while the new enterprises supported by the government agencies tend to explore the innovation; (2) the better the performance of the new enterprise in the past period, the less the possibility of using innovation after obtaining the fund of venture capital, and the greater the possibility of adopting the exploratory innovation after obtaining the financial support from the government; (3) the longer the venture capital organization gets involved in the development of the new venture, the more likely the new venture enterprise is to adopt the utilizing innovation, and the longer the time for the government to intervene in the development of the new venture. The possibility that the new enterprise adopts the exploration type innovation is bigger.
