【摘要】：廣元市昭化區(qū)的精準(zhǔn)健康扶貧政策主要包含"四大工程",設(shè)計(jì)巧妙全面,環(huán)環(huán)相扣,相互補(bǔ)充,而且注重利用本地資源,有希望探索出一條有效的精準(zhǔn)健康扶貧之路。調(diào)研顯示,政策實(shí)施基本達(dá)到預(yù)期目標(biāo),利益相關(guān)者普遍受益,但是貧困患者縣外補(bǔ)償、政策績(jī)效評(píng)估等方面還存在值得關(guān)注的問題。
[Abstract]:The policy of precision and health poverty alleviation in Zhaohua district of Guangyuan city mainly includes "four major projects", which are cleverly and comprehensively designed, interlocking, complementing each other, and paying attention to the use of local resources, so it is hopeful to explore an effective way to help the poor with precision and health. The research shows that the policy implementation basically achieves the expected goal, the stakeholders generally benefit, but the poor patients outside the county compensation, policy performance evaluation and other aspects are still worthy of attention.
