淺談餐飲企業(yè)品牌塑造中的廣告訴求策略

【摘要】:正一、餐飲業(yè)"貨"的認(rèn)知餐飲業(yè)的"貨"就是企業(yè)提供給賓客的各種使用價(jià)值的總和。具體分析,包括三個(gè)方面:一是設(shè)備設(shè)施的使用價(jià)值,二是實(shí)物產(chǎn)品的使用價(jià)值(主要是餐飲產(chǎn)品),三是服務(wù)勞務(wù)的使用價(jià)值。同時(shí),餐飲業(yè)的"貨"與其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的"貨"相比,也就是和一般企業(yè)的實(shí)物產(chǎn)品相比較,具有很多特別
[Abstract]:First, the cognition of catering industry "goods" is the sum of all kinds of use value that enterprises provide to guests. The concrete analysis includes three aspects: first, the use value of equipment and facilities, the second is the use value of physical products (mainly catering products), and the third is the use value of service and labor services.
