如家青島酒店管理學(xué)院店人力資源管理優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著酒店行業(yè)的發(fā)展,各類別酒店競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇,作為一類重要的酒店企業(yè),經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店,該行業(yè)內(nèi)部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已不局限于客源競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、品牌競(jìng)爭(zhēng)等,經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店用工難、留工難等問(wèn)題愈發(fā)嚴(yán)重,高質(zhì)量人力資源競(jìng)爭(zhēng)呈現(xiàn)白熱化狀態(tài)。因此,研究如何使經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店人力資源管理合理、健康、有序的發(fā)展是一個(gè)有意義的課題。 本文首先對(duì)本研究的背景和國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了介紹,,并分析了本研究的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義;其次,對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店人力資源管理的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)闡述,包括經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店人力資源管理的現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)、理論依據(jù)和實(shí)踐依據(jù)等;在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)如家青島酒店管理學(xué)院店人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了SWOT分析,并對(duì)如家青島酒店管理學(xué)院店人力資源現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)了了評(píng)價(jià)總結(jié);最后,結(jié)合如家青島酒店管理學(xué)院店的現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn),提出了其人力資源管理優(yōu)化建議。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),以校企合作為基礎(chǔ)的校園型經(jīng)濟(jì)酒店人力資源管理模式能使學(xué)校更好地了解經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)發(fā)展對(duì)人才素質(zhì)的需求及其發(fā)展趨勢(shì),不斷促進(jìn)學(xué)校教學(xué)內(nèi)容和教學(xué)方法的改革,使職業(yè)教育與社會(huì)實(shí)踐緊密結(jié)合,促使學(xué)校把對(duì)學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)過(guò)程與酒店對(duì)人力資源的要求有機(jī)結(jié)合起來(lái),使培養(yǎng)的人才適應(yīng)酒店、行業(yè)、社會(huì)的需要,縮短員工和酒店的磨合期,降低酒店的培訓(xùn)成本和勞動(dòng)成本,能有力地提升酒店的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。但是,這一人力資源管理模式仍有待完善,在法律保障、合作動(dòng)力、資源調(diào)控等方面還有很多弊端有待解決。如家青島酒店管理學(xué)院店應(yīng)從潛能挖掘、成本控制和考核機(jī)制的優(yōu)化三個(gè)方面著手,以課堂和教材的優(yōu)化、人力資源資源共享模式和組織結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化為手段,不斷強(qiáng)化教學(xué)的實(shí)踐性,樹(shù)立科學(xué)的人力資源管理理念,完善員工職業(yè)規(guī)劃和培訓(xùn)體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)人力資源的最大價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the development of hotel industry, the competition of various types of hotels intensifies. As a kind of important hotel enterprise, economy hotel, the internal competition of this industry is not limited to the competition of customers, market, brand, etc. The problem of hard to stay is becoming more and more serious, and the competition of high quality human resources is becoming more and more intense. Therefore, it is a meaningful task to study how to make the human resource management of economical hotel reasonable, healthy and orderly. This paper first introduces the background of this study and the current situation of relevant research at home and abroad, and analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of this study; secondly, the related theories of economic hotel human resources management are systematically expounded. It includes the current situation, characteristics, theoretical and practical basis of human resource management of economy hotel. On this basis, the SWOT analysis of the current situation of human resource management in the hotel management institute of Qingdao is carried out. Finally, combined with the present situation and characteristics of the hotel management institute of Qingdao, the author puts forward the suggestion of optimizing the human resource management. The campus Budget Inn human resource management model based on the cooperation of school and enterprise can make the school better understand the demand and development trend of talents quality in economic and social development, and promote the reform of teaching content and teaching method. Combining vocational education with social practice, promoting the school to combine the training process of students with the requirements of human resources in hotels, so that the trained talents can meet the needs of hotel, industry and society. Shortening the running-in period of the staff and hotel, reducing the training cost and labor cost of the hotel, can enhance the competitiveness of the hotel. However, this human resource management model still needs to be perfected, protected by law, and the motive force of cooperation. There are still many disadvantages to be solved, such as tapping potential, optimizing the cost control and assessment mechanism, optimizing the classroom and teaching materials, and so on. The mode of human resource sharing and the optimization of organization structure are the means to strengthen the practicality of teaching, set up the scientific idea of human resource management, perfect the system of staff's career planning and training, and realize the maximum value of human resource.
