互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融時代下佛山工行的競爭戰(zhàn)略困境與對策研究

隨著云計算、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)、移動支付等新一代信息技術(shù)的呈現(xiàn),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融在人們?nèi)粘I钪邪缪葜絹碓街匾慕巧?同時也給商業(yè)銀行的傳統(tǒng)金融服務(wù)帶來了機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。因此,研究商業(yè)銀行如何根據(jù)經(jīng)營環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件,特別是抓住當今互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融時代的機遇,制定有效的競爭發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,占領(lǐng)區(qū)域市場份額并獲得競爭優(yōu)勢具有重要的意義。本文將以具有傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢的大型國有銀行—中國工商銀行在佛山地區(qū)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略作為案例研究對象,研究中國工商銀行佛山分行在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融快速發(fā)展背景下,如何有效提升核心競爭力,并采取有效措施占領(lǐng)區(qū)域市場的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。首先,本文將討論緊抓互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融時代機遇和國有商業(yè)銀行ICBC制定有效市場競爭戰(zhàn)略以提升銀行核心競爭力的背景和意義,同時介紹基本概念和分析工具,以及中西方對競爭戰(zhàn)略和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融研究成果等理論綜述。其次,案例描述介紹了中國工商銀行佛山分行的基本概況,業(yè)務(wù)運營現(xiàn)狀和面臨的戰(zhàn)略挑戰(zhàn)。再次,運用基本戰(zhàn)略分析方法,先是PEST分析法、波特五力分析模型對中國工商銀行佛山分行所面臨的外部環(huán)境和企業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)境進行詳細分析,并通過SWOT分析得出佛山工行競爭戰(zhàn)略所面臨的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。最后結(jié)合案例分...
