【摘要】：深圳證券市場形成背景和發(fā)展主線,是其發(fā)展過程中的兩個基礎(chǔ)性重大問題。歷史證明,深圳證券市場是在黨的十一屆三中全會指引下,以社會主義初級階段理論為基石,以鄧小平理論、"三個代表"重要思想及科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo),以社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制為依托,在創(chuàng)建經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)這一思路的強(qiáng)力推動下,在股份制經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)換企業(yè)經(jīng)營機(jī)制的現(xiàn)實要求下建立和發(fā)展起來的。在此基礎(chǔ)上,緊緊圍繞發(fā)展、規(guī)范、探索創(chuàng)新這一主線而不斷發(fā)展壯大。
[Abstract]:The background and the main line of development of Shenzhen's securities market are two fundamental and important problems in its development. History has proved that Shenzhen's securities market is based on the theory of the primary stage of socialism under the guidance of the third Plenary session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping's theory, the important thought of "three represents" and the scientific concept of development, and relying on the socialist market economic system, and under the strong impetus of the idea of creating special economic zones, It has been established and developed under the realistic requirements of the development of joint-stock economy and the transformation of the management mechanism of enterprises. On this basis, the main line of exploration and innovation has been developed and strengthened closely around the development, the norm and the exploration of innovation.
