長沙銀行小微企業(yè)金融業(yè)務競爭戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:在市場經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展的大背景下,小微企業(yè)已經(jīng)成為一支不可忽視的生力軍,為社會和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展做出重要貢獻。然而,小微企業(yè)規(guī)模小實力弱,抵押能力差,信用信息缺失,難以獲得必要的融資。長沙銀行作為城市商業(yè)銀行,應積極探索和創(chuàng)新小微金融服務模式,制定競爭戰(zhàn)略,贏得小微金融市場競爭。 本文充分調(diào)研了小微金融業(yè)務在長沙地區(qū)的競爭態(tài)勢,結合戰(zhàn)略分析工具深入分析了長沙銀行小微金融業(yè)務面臨的內(nèi)外環(huán)境,論述了長沙銀行小微金融業(yè)務的現(xiàn)狀。在此基礎上制定出長沙銀行小微金融業(yè)務競爭戰(zhàn)略,提出差異化競爭戰(zhàn)略的具體內(nèi)容。本文還進一步對長沙銀行小微金融業(yè)務競爭戰(zhàn)略的實施步驟和措施進行了深入研究。 競爭戰(zhàn)略的選擇決定著企業(yè)發(fā)展的走向和競爭優(yōu)勢的獲取,隨著利率市場化和銀行同質(zhì)化競爭加劇,長沙銀行小微金融業(yè)務實施差異化競爭戰(zhàn)略是實現(xiàn)長沙銀行金融業(yè)務可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必要途徑。長沙銀行要從組織結構調(diào)整優(yōu)化、風險管理、客戶開發(fā)和市場分析、金融產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、品牌建設、激勵管理機制等方面,全面做好小微金融業(yè)務進展戰(zhàn)略保障。集中優(yōu)勢,靈活高效,創(chuàng)新思路,建設平臺,才能夠實現(xiàn)地區(qū)小微金融第一品牌的愿景。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the rapid development of market economy, small and micro enterprises have become a new force that can not be ignored and make important contributions to the development of society and economy. However, small and micro enterprises are weak in scale, poor in mortgage ability and lack of credit information. As a city commercial bank, Changsha Bank should actively explore and innovate the mode of microfinancial service, formulate competitive strategy, and win the competition in small and micro financial market. In this paper, the competitive situation of microfinance business in Changsha area is fully investigated, and the internal and external environment of small and micro finance business of Changsha Bank is deeply analyzed with strategic analysis tools. This paper discusses the present situation of the small and micro financial business of Changsha Bank. On the basis of this, the competitive strategy of the small and micro finance business of Changsha Bank is worked out. This paper also makes a further study on the implementation steps and measures of the competitive strategy for the small and micro financial business of Changsha Bank. The choice of competitive strategy determines the trend of enterprise development and the acquisition of competitive advantage. The implementation of differentiated competition strategy in the small and micro financial business of Changsha Bank is the necessary way to realize the sustainable development of the financial business of Changsha Bank. Changsha Bank should adjust and optimize the organizational structure, risk management, customer development and market analysis. Financial product innovation, brand building, incentive management mechanism, etc. to do a good job in small and micro financial business development strategy security, concentrated advantages, flexible and efficient, innovative ideas, construction platform, Only then can realize the region small and micro finance first brand vision.
