【摘要】：從2005年7月我國進行匯率機制改革以來,人民幣匯率一直保持升值趨勢。隨著美國經(jīng)濟低迷,啟動QE3的可能性不斷加大,相應(yīng)的人民幣進一步升值的可能性也在不斷增加。根據(jù)一般的國際貿(mào)易理論,一國貨幣匯率變動對其進口貿(mào)易有很大的影響。隨著近幾年我國銅消費量不斷增加,銅冶煉企業(yè)的產(chǎn)能也在不斷擴張,銅精礦進口數(shù)量也在相應(yīng)的逐年遞增。因此,人民幣匯率升值必將更大程度的影響我國銅冶煉企業(yè)的原料進口。 本研究通過對人民幣升值歷史演進的介紹及升值原因的認真分析,推測出人民幣匯率變動的發(fā)展趨勢,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合我國銅冶煉企業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢,獲取對研究問題的全面認識。同時運用現(xiàn)實推測、理論分析及實證分析等研究手段,對人民幣升值對我國銅冶煉企業(yè)原料進口影響進行全面分析,得出如下研究結(jié)論：(1)人民幣升值對銅冶煉企業(yè)原料進口數(shù)量有顯著影響,同時也存在很顯著的滯后效應(yīng)；(2)我國銅冶煉行業(yè)有可能已經(jīng)脫離經(jīng)濟基本面,盲目擴張產(chǎn)能；并根據(jù)所得研究結(jié)論,針對我國銅冶煉企業(yè)在原料進口的實際操作中所存在的問題,提出富有針對性的政策建議,如(1)慎重制定合同條款,靈活選擇貿(mào)易合同；(2)合理選擇融資渠道,保障銅精礦進口資金充裕；(3)做好銅精礦存貨保值設(shè)計；(4)通過聯(lián)盟手段加強在銅產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的地位
[Abstract]:Since the reform of exchange rate mechanism in July 2005, the RMB exchange rate has maintained a trend of appreciation. With the US economy in the doldrums, the possibility of starting QE3 has been increasing. The possibility of further appreciation of the RMB is also increasing, according to the general theory of international trade. The change of exchange rate of a country's currency has a great influence on its import trade. With the increase of copper consumption in China in recent years, the capacity of copper smelting enterprises is also expanding. The import quantity of copper concentrate is also increasing year by year. Therefore, the appreciation of RMB exchange rate will affect the import of raw materials of copper smelting enterprises in China to a greater extent. Based on the introduction of the historical evolution of RMB appreciation and the careful analysis of the causes of RMB appreciation, this study inferred the development trend of RMB exchange rate change, and on this basis. Combined with the current situation and development trend of the industrial chain of copper smelting enterprises in China, we can get a comprehensive understanding of the research problems. At the same time, we can use realistic speculation, theoretical analysis and empirical analysis and other research methods. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the effect of RMB appreciation on the import of raw materials of copper smelting enterprises in China, and draws the following conclusions: (1) RMB appreciation has a significant impact on the import quantity of raw materials in copper smelting enterprises. At the same time, there is also a significant lag effect. (2) China's copper smelting industry may have deviated from the economic fundamentals and blindly expanded its production capacity; And according to the conclusions of the research, aiming at the problems existing in the actual operation of raw material import in the copper smelting enterprises in China, the paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions, such as the careful formulation of the terms of the contract. Flexible choice of trade contracts; 2) reasonable selection of financing channels to ensure adequate import funds for copper concentrate; (3) to do well the design of copper concentrate inventory preservation; Strengthening the position of copper industry chain by means of alliance
