供應(yīng)鏈突發(fā)事件風(fēng)險對企業(yè)績效的影響研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著供應(yīng)鏈全球化的發(fā)展,企業(yè)所在的供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)變得越來越脆弱,來自外部環(huán)境的突發(fā)事件,對供應(yīng)鏈的影響越來越大,由此造成的供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險越來越受到人們的重視。供應(yīng)鏈突發(fā)事件對企業(yè)的績效造成嚴(yán)重影響,包括可能造成供應(yīng)鏈中運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)的中斷、原材料供給不足,還可能造成信息通道的堵塞、需求的巨大波動等。 對于供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險的研究,國內(nèi)外學(xué)者大多側(cè)重于風(fēng)險來源、風(fēng)險類型以及影響因素等,沒有形成系統(tǒng)的供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險管理體系。本文在總結(jié)前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)研究供應(yīng)鏈突發(fā)事件風(fēng)險與企業(yè)績效之間的關(guān)系,分析監(jiān)管法律政治風(fēng)險、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施風(fēng)險和災(zāi)難風(fēng)險對企業(yè)績效的影響機(jī)制,通過實(shí)證研究,驗(yàn)證三類風(fēng)險對企業(yè)績效的影響以及調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)的作用。為了保證實(shí)證研究的質(zhì)量,本文的問卷發(fā)放群體主要為北京交通大學(xué)在讀MBA學(xué)生以及企業(yè)中從事物流管理的人員。 最后,基于實(shí)證研究結(jié)果,本文給出了企業(yè)緩解供應(yīng)鏈突發(fā)事件風(fēng)險的一些策略,主要包括靈活的供給策略、生產(chǎn)-外包策略、收益管理策略、產(chǎn)品過渡策略和經(jīng)濟(jì)供給措施。圖4幅,表11個,參考文獻(xiàn)57篇。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of supply chain globalization, the supply chain system in which enterprises are located has become more and more fragile. The unexpected events from the external environment have more and more influence on the supply chain. The supply chain risk caused by this has been paid more and more attention by people. Supply chain emergencies have a serious impact on the performance of enterprises, including the disruption of transportation system in the supply chain, the shortage of raw materials supply, the blockage of information channels, the huge fluctuation of demand and so on. For the study of supply chain risk, most of the scholars at home and abroad focus on the source of risk, the type of risk and the influencing factors, etc., and there is no systematic supply chain risk management system. On the basis of summarizing previous studies, this paper focuses on the relationship between supply chain emergency risk and enterprise performance, and analyzes the impact mechanism of regulatory legal and political risk, infrastructure risk and disaster risk on enterprise performance. Through the empirical study, verify the impact of the three types of risk on corporate performance and the role of regulatory effects. In order to ensure the quality of empirical research, the questionnaire groups in this paper are mainly MBA students in Beijing Jiaotong University and personnel engaged in logistics management in enterprises. Finally, based on the empirical results, this paper gives some strategies to mitigate the supply chain emergency risk, including flexible supply strategy, production-outsourcing strategy, revenue management strategy, product transition strategy and economic supply measures.
