產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)作為競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略的PRO供應(yīng)鏈生產(chǎn)決策研究

【摘要】:對(duì)于大多數(shù)無力自建WEEE回收體系的生產(chǎn)企業(yè)選擇加入PRO是明智的選擇。本文基于行業(yè)PRO運(yùn)作模式,構(gòu)建了由兩制造商和回收商聯(lián)盟組成的供應(yīng)鏈模型,將與市場(chǎng)增長(zhǎng)掛鉤的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)作為其中一制造商的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略,研究了產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和回收雙責(zé)任要求下供應(yīng)鏈各主體的生產(chǎn)決策問題。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)當(dāng)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)成本較低和市場(chǎng)增量較高時(shí),以產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)作為競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略的在位制造商可以淘汰競(jìng)爭(zhēng)制造商;(2)當(dāng)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)成本低于市場(chǎng)增量時(shí),在位制造商的生產(chǎn)決策優(yōu)于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)制造商。一定條件下,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)制造商存在"搭便車"行為;(3)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)降低了處理成本,但損害了回收商經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,回收商抵制過度產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì),并通過轉(zhuǎn)移價(jià)格實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈主體的利潤(rùn)配置。當(dāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)驅(qū)動(dòng)下回收商自愿回收時(shí),更高的政府回收率會(huì)導(dǎo)致整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈經(jīng)濟(jì)效益變好;(4)存在一個(gè)三方共贏局面使三者經(jīng)濟(jì)效益都更優(yōu),存在一個(gè)雙贏局面使回收商和在位制造商更優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:It is a wise choice to join pro for most enterprises unable to build their own WEEE recovery system. In this paper, a supply chain model consisting of two manufacturers and a recycler alliance is constructed based on the pro operation model. The product design, which is linked to market growth, is regarded as the competitive strategy of one of the manufacturers. This paper studies the production decision problem of supply chain agents under double responsibility of product design and recovery. The study found that when the product design cost is low and the market increment is high, the incumbent manufacturer with the product design as the competitive strategy can eliminate the competitive manufacturer, and when the product design cost is lower than the market increment, the research finds that when the product design cost is lower than the market increment, The incumbent manufacturer's production decision is superior to that of the competitive manufacturer. Under certain conditions, the competitive manufacturer's "hitchhiker" behavior can reduce the processing cost, but it damages the economic benefit of the recycler, and the recycler resists the excessive product design, and realizes the profit allocation of the main body of the supply chain through the transfer price. When the recycler voluntarily reclaims under the drive of the economy, the higher government recovery rate will lead to the improvement of the economic benefits of the entire supply chain. (4) there is a tripartite win-win situation in which the economic benefits of all three are better. There is a win-win situation in which recyclers and current manufacturers are better off.
