面向服務的再制造回收決策與生產(chǎn)調(diào)度研究

【摘要】:綠色再制造作為循環(huán)經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分,具有良好的節(jié)能、節(jié)材和環(huán)保效益,具有重要的理論價值和研究意義。本文結合我國再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的實際,針對傳統(tǒng)再制造模式下舊件小批量個性化生產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)狀,提出了面向服務的再制造模式,并對其核心技術問題—再制造毛坯的回收決策與生產(chǎn)調(diào)度進行了研究。首先,對比分析了面向服務的再制造模式與傳統(tǒng)再制造模式的區(qū)別,結合面向服務的再制造模式的概念模型和優(yōu)勢特征闡述了這一模式的內(nèi)涵;并指出了這一模式的實施路徑。其次,通過考慮產(chǎn)品在服役階段的維修和再制造決策問題,以產(chǎn)品原始生命周期內(nèi)單位時間的服役成本最小為優(yōu)化目標,考慮再制造成本服從指數(shù)分布的特性,利用威布爾分布來表征失效率函數(shù),通過MATLAB優(yōu)化工具箱來逼近目標函數(shù)的最優(yōu)解,并以徐工XE80A型挖掘機再制造時機的確定為例,證明了所建決策模型的可行性。然后,設計了面向服務的制造/再制造集成供應鏈物流網(wǎng)絡:考慮了舊件的回收量和再制造率的不確定性特征,建立了混合整數(shù)非線性規(guī)劃模型,對回收站點進行了優(yōu)化部署,并合理分配了集成中心的物流量,使得原始設備制造商逆向物流網(wǎng)絡的運營成本最小。最后,基于再制造生產(chǎn)實踐,對再制造修復加工時間進行了模糊處理,并考慮了不同工序之間的存儲策略,建立了可批量生產(chǎn)的流水車間調(diào)度模型,設計了求解該調(diào)度模型的遺傳算法,實例驗證了模型和算法的有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:As an important part of circular economy, green remanufacturing has good energy saving, material saving and environmental protection benefits, and has important theoretical value and research significance. Based on the development of China's remanufacturing industry and the current situation of small batch individualized production of old parts under the traditional remanufacturing mode, a service-oriented remanufacturing model is proposed in this paper. The core technical problem of remanufacturing blank recovery decision and production scheduling is also studied in this paper. Firstly, the difference between the service-oriented remanufacturing model and the traditional remanufacturing mode is analyzed, and the connotation of the service-oriented remanufacturing model is expounded with the conceptual model and the advantages of the service-oriented remanufacturing model, and the implementation path of the model is pointed out. Secondly, considering the maintenance and remanufacturing decision of the product in the service stage, taking the minimum service cost per unit time in the original life cycle of the product as the optimization goal, considering the characteristics of the exponential distribution of the remanufacturing cost service. The failure rate function is represented by Weibull distribution, and the optimal solution of the objective function is approached by MATLAB optimization toolbox. The feasibility of the decision model is proved by taking the determination of the remanufacturing opportunity of Xugong XE80A excavator as an example. Then, a service-oriented integrated manufacturing / remanufacturing supply chain logistics network is designed. Considering the uncertain characteristics of the recovery and remanufacturing rate of old parts, a mixed integer nonlinear programming model is established, and the optimal deployment of the recovery station is carried out. The logistics flow of the integration center is allocated reasonably to minimize the operating cost of the original equipment manufacturer reverse logistics network. Finally, based on the practice of remanufacturing, the remanufacturing repair processing time is fuzzy treated, and the storage strategy between different processes is considered, and the flow shop scheduling model of batch production is established. A genetic algorithm for solving the scheduling model is designed, and the effectiveness and feasibility of the model and algorithm are verified by an example.
