基于AHP的V企業(yè)承運人評價與選擇優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的迅速發(fā)展,企業(yè)之間的競爭加劇,激烈的競爭在時間上表現(xiàn)為要求企業(yè)對于市場、客戶、競爭對手等一系列信息的反應速度提高,在空間上表現(xiàn)為競爭區(qū)域的擴大化,企業(yè)之間的競爭不再局限于企業(yè)本身,延伸到了企業(yè)的供應鏈上。時間和空間上的變化同時又是相互影響的,反應速度的提高需要整個供應鏈的配合,供應鏈上各節(jié)點的反應影響著企業(yè)的反應靈活性。承運人作為供應鏈上連接企業(yè)與客戶的重要一環(huán),優(yōu)秀的承運人能夠成為企業(yè)的一大助力,如何評價和選擇出優(yōu)秀的承運人就變得很有意義。作為一家成功的軌道交通產(chǎn)品制造性企業(yè),V企業(yè)在滿足顧客需求的過程中,軌道交通行業(yè)對其有獨特的服務(wù)需求。將優(yōu)化V企業(yè)的承運人評價選擇體系作為研究對象,主要對以下問題進行研究,一、V企業(yè)承運人選擇評價指標的確定?二、V企業(yè)承運人選擇評價指標的重要性程度?三、V企業(yè)承運人選擇評價體系實施?通過參考國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻,運用專家意見法對于V企業(yè)的承運人選擇評價指標進行確定,采用層次分析法解決了V企業(yè)原承運人選擇評價體系單純依靠定性分析的弊端。力圖建立新的承運人選擇評價體系滿足軌道交通行業(yè)對承運人的需求,在重要性判斷上增加定量分析。另外,將V企業(yè)的承運人選擇體系與評價體系組合為一個體系,便于企業(yè)操作,同時將承運人評級與管理方式結(jié)合起來,對于承運人的細化管理有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and the intensification of competition among enterprises, the fierce competition in time requires enterprises to respond more quickly to a series of information, such as market, customers, competitors, etc.In space, the competition area is enlarged, and the competition between enterprises is no longer confined to the enterprise itself, but also extends to the supply chain of the enterprise.The changes in time and space also affect each other at the same time. The improvement of reaction speed needs the cooperation of the whole supply chain. The response of each node in the supply chain affects the flexibility of the enterprise.As an important link between enterprise and customer in the supply chain, a good carrier can become a great help of the enterprise, how to evaluate and select a good carrier becomes very meaningful.As a successful manufacturing enterprise of rail transit products, rail transit industry has a unique service demand in the process of satisfying customer demand.To optimize V enterprise carrier evaluation and selection system as the object of study, mainly to the following issues: first, V enterprise carrier selection evaluation index determination?How important is the selection of Evaluation Index by Enterprise carriers?Implementation of carrier selection evaluation system in Sanjiv enterprise?By referring to the relevant literature at home and abroad, using the expert opinion method to determine the carrier selection evaluation index of V enterprise, this paper solves the drawback of the original carrier selection evaluation system of V enterprise relying solely on qualitative analysis by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP).This paper tries to establish a new carrier selection and evaluation system to meet the needs of rail transit industry and to increase quantitative analysis in the judgment of importance.In addition, the carrier selection system and the evaluation system of V enterprise are combined into a system, which is convenient for the enterprise to operate. At the same time, the carrier rating is combined with the management mode, which can be used as a reference for the detailed management of the carrier.
