【摘要】：社區(qū)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)原型系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)順應(yīng)了我國(guó)“十二五”規(guī)劃中關(guān)于大力發(fā)展物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)要求,本系統(tǒng)與城市物聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)在許多領(lǐng)域概念相通,對(duì)建設(shè)智慧型城市具有重要意義。社區(qū)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)原型系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)能夠有效解決社區(qū)居民人身、財(cái)產(chǎn)安全的需要,對(duì)社區(qū)出入車(chē)輛、人員、家電設(shè)備實(shí)現(xiàn)了智能化管理,同時(shí)可以合理整合利用社區(qū)資源,提升社區(qū)的管理和服務(wù)水平。社區(qū)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)原型系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)變革了傳統(tǒng)的住宅模式,能夠?yàn)槿藗兇蛟旄邮孢m、便利、安全、節(jié)能的生活居住環(huán)境。 社區(qū)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)原型系統(tǒng)是由通信技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、智能控制技術(shù)、信息技術(shù)匯集而成的針對(duì)社區(qū)管理方面應(yīng)用的智能集合。本文主要從社區(qū)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)原型系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)目的、設(shè)計(jì)原則出發(fā),通過(guò)與社區(qū)居民和社區(qū)管理人員相互溝通,了解他們的生活、工作需求,結(jié)合社區(qū)的安防需求、車(chē)輛及人員出入管理需求、家庭智能化的需求和社區(qū)公共管理的需求及其它需求情況,勾畫(huà)設(shè)計(jì)出系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)。根據(jù)社區(qū)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)原型系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu),結(jié)合社區(qū)建設(shè)管理中的實(shí)際情況,分別詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)社區(qū)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)原型系統(tǒng)中的周界報(bào)警系統(tǒng)、智能視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、智能巡更管理系統(tǒng)、車(chē)輛出入管理系統(tǒng)、人員出入管理系統(tǒng)、社區(qū)信息顯示系統(tǒng)、背景音樂(lè)系統(tǒng)、遠(yuǎn)程控制與室內(nèi)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)、家庭智能化系統(tǒng)、社區(qū)特殊人員定位系統(tǒng)和社區(qū)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)12個(gè)系統(tǒng)模塊。社區(qū)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)原型系統(tǒng)的研究路線(xiàn)是：系統(tǒng)需求分析——系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)——系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)及驗(yàn)證三個(gè)主要階段,通過(guò)社區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)現(xiàn)各系統(tǒng)的銜接與整合,最后集成到社區(qū)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)上。社區(qū)中心的社區(qū)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)是整個(gè)原型系統(tǒng)的核心,管理和控制其它子系統(tǒng)。 社區(qū)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)原型系統(tǒng)的驗(yàn)證方案首先檢測(cè)每個(gè)子系統(tǒng)是否能夠按照用戶(hù)的要求及系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)相應(yīng)功能,在系統(tǒng)驗(yàn)證的過(guò)程中對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題逐一解決。十一個(gè)子系統(tǒng)驗(yàn)證沒(méi)有問(wèn)題后驗(yàn)證社區(qū)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng),對(duì)社區(qū)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)軟件系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)功能模塊進(jìn)行測(cè)試并檢測(cè)它與其它十一個(gè)子系統(tǒng)之間的銜接通信及控制運(yùn)行情況。通過(guò)一段時(shí)間的測(cè)試,整個(gè)社區(qū)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)原型系統(tǒng)能夠穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:The design and implementation of the prototype system of the community internet of things is in accordance with the related requirements of the development of the Internet of Things industry in our country's "12th Five-Year" planning. The construction of the system and the urban internet of things is in many fields and is of great significance to the construction of the intelligent city. The design of the prototype system of the community internet of things can effectively solve the needs of the physical and property safety of the community residents, realize the intelligent management of the community access vehicles, personnel and household appliances, and can reasonably and fully utilize the community resources and improve the management and service level of the community. The realization of the prototype system of the community internet of things changes the traditional residential mode, and can create a more comfortable, convenient, safe and energy-saving living environment for people. The prototype system of community internet of things is an intelligent set for community management, which is formed by communication technology, computer network technology, intelligent control technology and information technology. In this paper, based on the design purpose and design principle of the prototype system of the community internet of things, this paper, through the communication with the community residents and the community managers, understands their lives, the work demands, the security requirements of the community, the access and management of the vehicles and the personnel The demand of household intelligent and the demand of community public management and other requirements are given, and the overall frame of the designed system is outlined. The perimeter alarm system, the intelligent video monitoring system, the intelligent patrol management system and the vehicle access management system in the prototype system of the community are designed according to the overall architecture of the community-based network prototype system and the actual situation in the community construction management.
