【摘要】：發(fā)展農(nóng)村社區(qū)教育是培養(yǎng)新型農(nóng)民、建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村的必然要求,是建立終身教育體系的具體方略。我國(guó)農(nóng)村社區(qū)教育主要由政府統(tǒng)籌和引導(dǎo),這種自上而下的傳統(tǒng)管理模式不利于受教育者自主性的發(fā)揮,學(xué)習(xí)積極性難以調(diào)動(dòng),自主學(xué)習(xí)需求不強(qiáng),對(duì)于社區(qū)教育的參與熱情不高,農(nóng)村社區(qū)教育發(fā)展的緩慢狀況難以突破。治理理論是上世紀(jì)90年代初期起源于西方的一種新的公共管理視域,打破了傳統(tǒng)的思維方式,強(qiáng)調(diào)自由的價(jià)值,彰顯了公共性,推崇訴求的多元化。將治理理論納入農(nóng)村社區(qū)教育視野,有利于調(diào)動(dòng)農(nóng)民對(duì)社區(qū)教育參與的積極性,完善農(nóng)村社區(qū)教育的管理機(jī)制,促進(jìn)農(nóng)村社區(qū)教育的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The development of rural community education is an inevitable requirement for cultivating new farmers and building a new socialist countryside and a concrete plan for establishing a lifelong education system. The rural community education in our country is mainly coordinated and guided by the government. This top-down traditional management model is not conducive to the exertion of the autonomy of the educatees, the enthusiasm of learning is difficult to mobilize, and the demand for autonomous learning is not strong. The enthusiasm for community education is not high, and the slow development of rural community education is difficult to break through. Governance theory is a new kind of public management field originated from the west in the early 1990s. It breaks the traditional way of thinking, emphasizes the value of freedom, highlights the publicity, and advocates the diversity of demands. Bringing the theory of governance into the field of rural community education will help to arouse the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in community education, improve the management mechanism of rural community education, and promote the further development of rural community education.
