變螺距螺桿真空泵抽氣機理研究及轉子結構優(yōu)化

【摘要】:論文主要以變螺距螺桿真空泵為研究對象,建立了變螺距螺桿真空泵氣體輸運模型,分析研究了變螺距螺桿真空泵的抽氣過程,探究了變螺距螺桿真空泵多種性能參數(shù)的變化規(guī)律,優(yōu)化設計了變螺距轉子結構,有效地降低了壓縮功耗。全文主要研究內容及相關成果如下:(1)分析總結了常見的變螺距轉子結構,基于光滑連接條件,運用多項式擬合構建了變螺距轉子螺旋展開線的多項式方程,建立了變螺距轉子結構的數(shù)學模型,為變螺距轉子的結構設計提供了理論依據(jù)。(2)根據(jù)漸開線型轉子螺桿真空泵構成特點對泵腔內不同級間泄漏通道進行了合理簡化,建立了不同泄漏通道在不同流態(tài)下的流量計算模型。在忽略泵腔內溫度變化的前提條件下,考慮了整個抽氣過程中通過級間泄漏通道氣體流動狀態(tài)的改變,并根據(jù)質量守恒定律和理想氣體狀態(tài)方程建立了變螺距螺桿真空泵氣體輸運模型,為變螺距螺桿真空泵設計階段的性能預測提供理論依據(jù)。(3)分析研究了變螺距螺桿真空泵多種性能參數(shù)的變化規(guī)律,研究結果表明:在排氣端減小轉子齒頂與泵腔內壁間間隙,而在吸氣端減小轉子齒間間隙,有利于提升泵的抽氣性能。分析比較了等螺距螺桿真空泵與變螺距螺桿真空泵抽氣性能上的差異,研究結果表明,等螺距螺桿真空泵在極限壓強上具有優(yōu)勢,而變螺距螺桿真空泵在功率消耗方面具有較大優(yōu)勢。(4)比對分析了四種不同轉子結構變螺距螺桿真空泵的抽氣性能,優(yōu)化了變螺距轉子結構,有效地降低了壓縮功耗,提升了變螺距螺桿真空泵抽氣性能。
[Abstract]:Taking the variable pitch screw vacuum pump as the research object, the gas transport model of the variable pitch screw vacuum pump is established, and the extraction process of the variable pitch screw vacuum pump is analyzed. The variation law of various performance parameters of variable pitch screw vacuum pump is studied, and the structure of variable pitch rotor is optimized. The main research contents and related results are as follows: 1) the common variable pitch rotor structure is analyzed and summarized based on smooth connection condition. The polynomial equation of spiral expansion line of variable pitch rotor is constructed by polynomial fitting, and the mathematical model of variable pitch rotor structure is established. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the structural design of variable pitch rotor. According to the structural characteristics of involute rotor screw vacuum pump, the leakage passage between different stages in the pump cavity is reasonably simplified. The flow calculation model of different leakage channels under different flow states is established. The change of gas flow state through the inter-stage leakage channel is considered in the whole process of pumping under the precondition of ignoring the temperature change in the pump cavity. According to the law of mass conservation and the equation of state of ideal gas, the gas transport model of variable pitch screw vacuum pump is established. This paper provides a theoretical basis for predicting the performance of the variable pitch screw vacuum pump in the design stage. The variation law of various performance parameters of the variable pitch screw vacuum pump is analyzed and studied. The results show that the gap between the rotor tooth top and the inner wall of the pump cavity is reduced at the exhaust end. Reducing the clearance between the rotor teeth at the suction end is beneficial to the pumping performance of the pump. The difference of the pumping performance between the constant pitch screw vacuum pump and the variable pitch screw vacuum pump is analyzed and compared. The equal pitch screw vacuum pump has the advantage in limiting pressure, while the variable pitch screw vacuum pump has a great advantage in power consumption. The variable pitch rotor structure is optimized, the compression power consumption is reduced effectively, and the pumping performance of the variable pitch screw vacuum pump is improved.
