基于稻殼的有機硅制備及其膜材料熱性能研究

【摘要】:化石能源的開發(fā)與利用,推動了社會的發(fā)展與進(jìn)步,但化石能源作為不可再生資源,日漸枯竭,同時造成的環(huán)境污染日益嚴(yán)重。而作為可再生資源的稻殼吸引了越來越多的關(guān)注。稻殼作為可再生資源的一種,具有產(chǎn)量大、可再生、成本低等特點,同時稻殼中含有大量的無定形硅,以稻殼中的無定形硅作為硅源,來代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)硅源,不僅解決了稻殼的環(huán)境污染問題,而且其無定形硅的高比表面積、高反應(yīng)活性,采用稻殼作為硅源制備有機硅具有極大的研究價值。本文以稻殼為硅源制備了含有Si-O-C結(jié)構(gòu)的2-甲基-2,4戊硅氧烷溶膠,通過紅外、質(zhì)譜對其進(jìn)行表征,并推理其反應(yīng)機理。同時合成不同官能團的POSS溶膠,來制備2-甲基-2,4戊硅氧烷/POSS復(fù)合膜層,經(jīng)過試驗得出當(dāng)POSS含量為60%時,復(fù)合膜層的耐熱性較好,約為500℃。在制備復(fù)合膜層中,2-甲基-2,4戊硅氧烷溶膠改善了POSS單獨涂覆時膜層易碎裂的問題,兩者在成膜過程中相互交聯(lián)提升了膜層的耐熱性能。為了增強膜層的應(yīng)用性,提高膜層的耐熱性和抗熱震性能,本文中采用添加低溫釉料來對復(fù)合膜層進(jìn)行改性,通過實驗確定了復(fù)合膜層原料與低溫釉配比為1:2時,其膜層成膜性較好,1000℃下抗熱震次數(shù)達(dá)到29次。通過對膜層進(jìn)行熱重、紅外測試分析膜層在燒結(jié)過程中結(jié)構(gòu)及化學(xué)成分的變化,并通過XRD分析輔助推理其耐高溫機理。為了使低溫釉料改性的膜層性能進(jìn)一步提高,具有更好的熱防護性能。本文通過在膜層中摻雜高發(fā)射無機物MoSi2和Co2O3來提高膜層的抗紅外發(fā)射能力。本論文探究了單組分對膜層的成膜性的影響及摻雜高發(fā)射組分后膜層的抗熱震性能,并通過XRD測試,探究了膜層在燒結(jié)過程中MoSi2和Co2O3的化學(xué)變化。最終通過高發(fā)射測試,證明了MoSi2和Co2O3在高溫處理后,兩者相互反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生新的晶相,對膜層的發(fā)射率及抗熱震性能都有顯著的提升,膜層在20μm-25μm波段發(fā)射率高達(dá)0.96。最終制備得到了具有高發(fā)射性能的熱防護膜層。
[Abstract]:The development and utilization of fossil energy has promoted the development and progress of society, but as a non-renewable resource, fossil energy is gradually exhausted. At the same time, the environmental pollution caused by rice husk has attracted more and more attention. As a kind of renewable resources, rice husk has the characteristics of large yield, renewable, low cost and so on. At the same time, there are a lot of amorphous silicon in rice husk. Using amorphous silicon in rice husk as silicon source, it not only solves the problem of environmental pollution of rice husk, but also has high specific surface area and high reactive activity of amorphous silicon. The preparation of organosilicon with rice husk as silicon source is of great value. In this paper, 2-methyl-2-methyl-2-pentylsiloxane sol containing Si-O-C structure was prepared by using rice husk as silicon source and characterized by IR and MS. The reaction mechanism was deduced. At the same time, POSS sol with different functional groups was synthesized to prepare 2-methyl-2na-4-pentylsiloxane / poss composite film.
