基于SIFT算法在遙感圖像匹配中的研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)遙感圖像在光照和幾何差異等復(fù)雜因素上引起的匹配誤差,深入研究了SIFT特征描述符的改進(jìn)方法。利用特征點(diǎn)圓形區(qū)域來(lái)構(gòu)造特征描述符,采用自適應(yīng)量化策略用來(lái)局部區(qū)域的劃分和梯度直方圖的計(jì)算,并對(duì)每個(gè)描述子采用一種插值法重新確立主方向,改進(jìn)SIFT算法的描述符。降低特征點(diǎn)維數(shù)的同時(shí),又保證特征點(diǎn)描述符的獨(dú)特性和魯棒性。研究結(jié)果表明,改進(jìn)的SIFT描述符在遙感圖像幾種復(fù)雜環(huán)境下都取得了預(yù)期的結(jié)果,證實(shí)了改進(jìn)算法的可行性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the matching error caused by complex factors such as illumination and geometric difference, the improved method of SIFT feature descriptor is studied in detail. The feature descriptor is constructed by using the circular region of feature points. Adaptive quantization strategy is used to partition the local region and calculate the gradient histogram. An interpolation method is used to re-establish the principal direction of each descriptor, which improves the descriptor of the SIFT algorithm and reduces the dimension of the feature points at the same time. The research results show that the improved SIFT descriptor has achieved the expected results in several complex environments of remote sensing images, which proves the feasibility of the improved algorithm.
