【摘要】：介紹了液壓促動(dòng)器控制系統(tǒng)的集成化結(jié)構(gòu)、PROFIBUS-DP通信和閉環(huán)控制策略,并對(duì)數(shù)千個(gè)樣品進(jìn)行閉環(huán)控制、保位和變負(fù)載隨動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn)。經(jīng)過大量實(shí)驗(yàn)證明了促動(dòng)器定位精度及動(dòng)態(tài)性能可完全滿足項(xiàng)目的需求,結(jié)構(gòu)合理,具有良好的實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the integrated structure of hydraulic actuator control system PROFIBUS-DP communication and closed-loop control strategy, and carries out closed-loop control for thousands of samples. A large number of experiments show that the positioning accuracy and dynamic performance of the actuator can fully meet the requirements of the project, and the structure is reasonable and has good practicability.
