基于產(chǎn)品全生命周期的產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃建模與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:市場競爭的不斷升級迫使企業(yè)將產(chǎn)品價值的挖掘延伸至產(chǎn)品的全生命周期,這為企業(yè)帶來了更多的產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新空間和盈利機會,但同時也帶來了產(chǎn)品決策的難題。首先以設(shè)計域理論為基礎(chǔ)建立了一個能夠有效表明基于全生命周期系統(tǒng)化特征的產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃建模框架,以確保產(chǎn)品決策能夠有效地融合設(shè)計人員的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計理念、市場人員對產(chǎn)品需求的分析、生產(chǎn)人員對產(chǎn)品實現(xiàn)過程的分析以及售后服務(wù)人員對產(chǎn)品服務(wù)過程的分析;接下來,以產(chǎn)品進化設(shè)計為研究對象,提出了基于全生命周期的產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃所必須依賴的決策指標體系和有效表明其權(quán)衡取舍機制的建模方法;最后通過在家用轎車產(chǎn)品上的應(yīng)用,具體表明了方法的有效性和實用價值。提出的方法明確了企業(yè)不同的參與者在產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃過程中需要進行信息交互的具體內(nèi)容,建立了以不斷完善產(chǎn)品信息建構(gòu)體系為導(dǎo)向的決策機制,是一個符合企業(yè)實際需要的系統(tǒng)化方法。
[Abstract]:The continuous upgrading of market competition forces enterprises to extend the mining of product value to the whole life cycle of products, which brings more product innovation space and profit opportunities for enterprises. But at the same time, it also brings problems of product decision-making. Firstly, a product planning modeling framework based on the design domain theory is established, which can effectively express the systematic characteristics of product planning based on the whole life cycle. In order to ensure that product decision-making can effectively integrate the designer's product design concept, market personnel's analysis of product demand, production personnel's analysis of product realization process and after-sales service personnel's analysis of product service process. Taking product evolution design as the research object, this paper puts forward the decision index system which must be relied on in product planning based on the whole life cycle and the modeling method to show the trade-off mechanism effectively. It shows the effectiveness and practical value of the method. The proposed method clarifies the specific contents of the information exchange between different participants in the enterprise in the process of product planning. It is a systematic method for enterprises to set up a decision-making mechanism which is guided by the continuous improvement of product information construction system.
