【摘要】：曾國藩公文豐富了晚清公務(wù)文書撰寫的內(nèi)涵,文風(fēng)曉暢,開以后數(shù)十年風(fēng)氣。曾國藩以獨特的用人之道組建的一支精英文書團隊,以曾國藩公文為范本,在實際創(chuàng)作中反對古文的繁冗風(fēng)氣,以積極的寫作實踐推動晚清公文文風(fēng)的改革,一定程度上改善了晚清公文"案牘積壓"的情況,開啟了中國近代公文寫作的新風(fēng)氣,對后來公文文風(fēng)的簡明化影響深遠。
[Abstract]:Zeng Guofan's official documents enriched the connotation of official documents written in the late Qing Dynasty.Zeng Guofan formed an elite clerical team based on his unique ways of employing people. He took Zeng Guofan's official documents as a model to oppose the traditional style of writing in his actual creation, and to promote the reform of the style of official documents in the late Qing Dynasty with active writing practice.To some extent, it improved the backlog of official documents in the late Qing Dynasty, opened the new trend of official document writing in modern China, and had a profound influence on the succinct style of official documents.
