【摘要】：未來是沒有到來的時間和沒有到來的活動。對未來的管理是個人及群體面向未來,適應(yīng)客觀趨勢,確立基本意圖,對下一個時期要做的事情進行有序化的思考和設(shè)計,進而形成下一時期的指導思想、政策與基本規(guī)則。未來管理將受到客觀趨勢、國情基礎(chǔ)、問題的多重交叉、國民素質(zhì)及社會機制、官員品質(zhì)和社會風氣等方面的影響,出現(xiàn)不同的狀態(tài)和因應(yīng)對策。在不確定的未來中,面對確定的問題,主動設(shè)想必須要做的事情;將"發(fā)展教育,提高國民素質(zhì)"作為國家的第一國策;全面關(guān)注教育,加大對教育的投入,尤其要明顯地提高農(nóng)民的受教育程度;下大力氣治黨治官涵養(yǎng)民風,為下一代的健康成長建設(shè)良好的社會風氣。
[Abstract]:The future is no time and no activity.The management of the future is that individuals and groups face the future, adapt to the objective trend, establish the basic intention, think and design the things to be done in the next period in an orderly way, and then form the guiding ideology, policies and basic rules of the next period.The management in the future will be influenced by the objective trend, the foundation of national conditions, the multiple intersections of problems, the national quality and social mechanism, the quality of officials and the social ethos and so on.In an uncertain future, in the face of certain problems, take the initiative to conceive of what must be done; make "developing education and improving the quality of the people" the first national policy of the country; pay comprehensive attention to education and increase investment in education.In particular, it is necessary to obviously improve the education level of farmers, make great efforts to administer the Party and govern officials, and cultivate the people's style, and build a good social atmosphere for the healthy growth of the next generation.
